In this thesis, the Lanzhou heavy ion accelerator upgrade process a new buncher B03 System design, its composition and working principle of the system are briefly described, and design a kind of control system based on PLC. The buncher frequency range of 5.4-18MHz, high-frequency bunching voltage amplitude can reach 2KV, the high-voltage sawtooth wave is formed by the tube forming apparatus directly generated sawtooth wave. The buncher security and stability of the beam on the stability of the entire accelerator system plays an important role, can improve the heavy ion beam injector SFC beam quality and efficiency of the beam capture.CPU226CN is a small programmable controller of s7-200 series of the German Siemens company, it has a compact structure, good scalability, powerful instruction set and the relatively low price, to meet a variety of smaller automatic control System requirements, are widely used in machine tools, machinery, electrical installations, civilian facilities and environmental protection and other fields, has become a miniaturized contemporary ideal of automatic control engineering controller.In this paper, the design a kind of based on Siemens PLC CPU226CN of the buncher control system. The composition of its hardware and software design are discussed in detail. Hardware design is simple, practical, high reliability; remote measurement and control interface is friendly, simple operation, easy to use. From the buncher system more than a year of online operation effect of view, the control system design is successful, operation is stable and reliable. The online buncher system into operation, the HIRFL system has been upgraded, but also makes heavy ion beam quality and long-term stability has been enhanced to achieve the development of the desired effect.
