In this paper,using the Nevanlinna's value distribution theory and Wiman-valiron' entire function theory, the growth of meromorphic solutions of non-linear complex algebraic differential equation was investigated, some results of Gol'dberg,Baisegian and Korhonen were extended.This thesis is divided into three parts:The first part mainly introduces the basic knowledges of Nevanlinna value distribution theory and Wiman-valiron'entire function theory, including usual notation definitions and fundamental theorem.The second part, the growth of meromorphic solutions of a class of non-linear algebraic differential equation was investigated.The entire function solutions of algebraic differential equation investigated in the previous literature were generalized to the meromorphic function solutions, obtained the similar result.Thus some results of Gol'dberg,Baisegian and Korhonen were extended.The third part further discussed more general form of growth of meromorphic solution of non-linear differential algebraic equations problems, got a result.
