Hydrological conditions of wetlands created wetlands unique physical and chemical environment in which the wetland ecosystems and deep water ecosystems and terrestrial ecosystems with good drainage greatly different.. In the wetland system and terrestrial ecosystems, there must be a number of factors determine the dividing line to distinguish between two different systems, and soil moisture can be said to be one of the most important factor. Based on soil moisture in the importance of wetlands, the paper decided to start from the remote sensing technology to extract the-study area soil moisture, soil water extraction according to the wetland boundary information.This article discusses the domestic and international use of quantitative remote sensing of soil moisture retrieval based on the many ways to sum up shortcomings of each method.. Comparison of various remote sensing retrieval models, selection of Temperature Vegetation Dryness index (TVDI) inversion of the soil moisture of wetland and the surrounding areas of Yeyahu. Used Qin Zhihao's single-window algorithm inverse the temperature of the study area. The results showed that the low-value part located in water area and high vegetation areas,the high-value part located in the bare soil areas., and the actual position, and the practical situation. Through the spectral information of vegetation's analysis showed that the spectral information of the corrected map data closer to the actual characteristics of spectral information after the 6S atmospheric correction. From the inversion results of soil moisture, it is clear that the soil moisture content mountains higher than plain, the value of soil moisture of bare soil lower than the value of vegetation coverage area. The more closer to the water, the soil moisture content is higher.According to the inversion of the wetland soil moisture data, a threshold used to determine the wetland boundary information extraction. The threshold is mainly excluded the interference of towns, high vegetation coverage of non-wet areas. And test the extraction results by the existing data of core area of Yeyahu Wetland to. After comparing the two data found that they have same area which is high. Indicating that according to the soil moisture to extract the edge information of wetland has high accuracy, has some applicability. Finally and extract a simple analysis of the results.
