Quercus forest area developed, is also very rich in species, most located in poor soils, drought, cold, little rainfall, and strong ultraviolet radiation very poor site conditions, which is very difficult for other species to adapt to extreme environments Conditions, due to their own unique form of cold drought conditions, a transverse mountain shrub Quercus forest communities in the species and the dominant species at high altitude on the mountain range, the maintenance of the stability of fragile ecosystems and have a very important ecological function for the Jinsha River, Minjiang River, the Lancang River, Nu River and the source of the Brahmaputra and other rivers'water conservation and soil conservation.Initiation refers to the plant continues to maintain an effective way of regeneration by natural or human disturbance. It means a lot to community protection and forest restoration, secondary forest protection, operation and management. Different disturbances and interference strength have different effects on the initiation of plant communities. Initiation of plant regeneration niche is part of the regeneration as a direct way, initiation update attracts more and more attention. This study selected the mountainous western Sichuan off widespread Quercus shrub as an object, compare different organizations of the growing season plant non-structural carbohydrates (NSC) and nitrogen changes in the characteristics of the response of its relationship with altitude; mountain shrub Quercus cut at different levels of artificial interference of more natural conditions and human disturbance at different elevations under shrub Quercus initiation renewal, we determined the disturbance (logging) strength (logging The number of stubble height), the shrub Quercus NSC content of the organization and dynamic changes of total nitrogen content, verify that the "moderate artificial disturbance can promote initiation update "and"base line storage and root initiation of non-structural carbohydrates Update force is related to "scientific hypothesis.The results show that under natural conditions, at different times, Quercus NSC content of the various organizations is larger underground than above ground, which may indicate a Quercus root is the main area for carbon storage. This may be the reason why the NSC of the organizations showed no significant difference between high altitude and low altitude above ground. With the increase in elevation, NSC content of some of the organizations above ground in different seasons shows nonlinear performance, no significant changes in law. In addition, the dormant period almost all of the organizations of Quercus' total nitrogen content decreased with increasing elevation, while other times change is inconsistent. This result may reflect the NSC and nitrogen content vary according to the altitude, but also means that the Quercus' underground organization NSC is more sensitive to temperature change.Under conditions in the artificial cut, cutting 70% of the shrub Quercus make initiation ability stronger, verify the hypothesis that "moderate interference can contribute to the initiation of artificial update", which provide a theoretical basis for the reconstruction of vegetation and ecological and biological protection of biodiversity.
