This paper is a comprehensive introduction to the research advance of the combustion equations in recent ten years, which is generally composed of two parts. The first part, including two chapters, mainly introduces the research advance of two sets of equations. The first one is one-dimensional adjustable Navier-Stokes equation set: and the next higher-dimensional (two-dimensional or three-dimensional) adjustable Navier-Stokes equation set: for equation set (1),we mainly introduce three models which come from (1):exothermi-cally reacting compressible fluids model,viscous compressible radiative-reacting gas model and real compressible reactive gas with density-dependent viscosity and self-gravitation model,and introduce their weak solutions;for equation set (2),we mainly introduce two mod-els which come from (2);compressible reacting flow and viscous compressible radiative-reacting gas,and introduce their variational solutions. The second part mainly explains the next one-dimensional Navier-Stokes equation set: mainly explain the unique of the global classical solution of the equation set.
