Experimental design based on probability statistics as the theoretical basis, economy, arrange scientificly test of a technology, is an important branch of mathematical statistics. Existing classical experimental design method is very much, each kind of experimental design method, the statistical model in particular, have some superiorities. Inspired by sudoku, this paper presents a new experimental design method -- Sudoku Square Design(SSD). This paper mainly studies sudoku square design basic theory.In the second chapter, we roundly expatiate sudoku square design basic theory. First, we expand the definition of sudoku square and put forward the definition of sudoku square and constructing method alone square. Then, we propose the definition of sudoku square design, establish the model of sudoku square design and conduct analysis of variance. Then, we give the construction method of sudoku square and the tables of sudoku square design using sudoku square. Finally, we introduce the application of sudoku square design, and illustrate the application of it.In the third chapter, we discuss the superiorities of sudoku square design. Due to arranging experiments at the row, column, and area, sudoku square design has some obvious superiorities. First, we discuss the orthogonality of sudoku square design. Then, we discuss the uniformity of sudoku square design. In uniformity measurement, sudoku square design with orthogonal design or uniform design, the former are more superior to the latter at the same levels and factors. Finally, we list directly to compare the superiorities of sudoku square design with other design.This paper studies the basic theory of sudoku square design.
