The overpressure test of shock wave is one of the most important methods for evaluating the damage efficiency of the weapon system. The processing method after signal acquisition directly influences the quality evaluation results. In this paper, we applies the wireless control to the shockwave overpressure test system and designed a set of the shock wave data processing software, which based on MATLAB to the shockwave signal in the explosion.First, the paper analysis the physical phenomenon of shockwave in explosion and the time and frequency domain properties. The characteristic parameters-- overpressure peak, impulse and positive pressure effect time, is the indicators of the damage efficiency of blasting warhead. Accurately assessing the characteristic parameters of the shockwave can provide the important basis for explosion type judgment, power contrast and performance evaluation.Second, to several typical measured shockwave signals, the paper use several methods of data processing to process the data and has done the simulation, such as filtering, fitting and wavelet. The paper summarizes all kinds of typical signal's correct and appropriate processing methods. And demonstrates the variety of data processing is adaptive in the blast wave signal processing.Last, based on the software MATLAB, the paper designes the blast wave signal analysising and processing software, intuitive, simple,and clear. The software can process a variety of different data and give the simulating data. Also, it can estimate the overpressure peak, the positive pressure effect time in the theory, and finish the TNT equivalent. In a word, it provide a common data processing platform for the shock wave test. |
