Compared with the traditional chemical synthesis.the biological production processes of 1,3-propanediol (1-PD) has the advantages of low cost, high output, non-pollution and so on.In recent years,it received the extensive attention from both of domestic and international scholars, this paper takes glycerin as the substrate, and takes the process of produce 1,3-propanediol continuous fermentation process which use microorganism method production as the background.For some literatures have already described the series of assumptions of nonlinear dynamic system process.This paper will give the formed condition of assumptions according to the one of the important assumptions. On this base,it will build on the parameter identification model, discusses the existence of such nonlinear dynamic system of the optimal solution, and then obtain the further of the of balance set about this system.
