Bayesian statistics has a wide range of applications in reliability, computer science, economics, law, medicine and sports and other aspects; Two parameters Exponentiaed -Weibull distribution has been widely used in reliability models such as the life test of cumulative failure and wear of rolling bearing in Mechanical and electronic products; In recent years, fuzzy theory has achieved many specific research results in medicine, meteorology, psychology, economics and management, petroleum, geology, environment, biology, agriculture, forestry, chemicals, language, control of remote sensing, education, sport, etc. Therefore, it is of great significance to discuss the fuzzy Bayesian statistical inference of the two parameters Exponentiaed-Weibull distribution. This essay will have three aspects specifically in the following: first, we introduce the studying background of this thesis and the main works, and we list some prelimin- ary knowledge needed in this paper. Second, we focused on two parameters Exponen- tiaed-Weibull distribution under the given loss function, both with Jeffreys prior and conjugate prior, and we will study a Bayesian approach to multiple hypothesis testing under the precise samples and fuzzy samples, and give an example to illustrate this method. Last but not lest, under type-â…¡censored, we will discuss the membership function of the unknown parameter in the two parameters Exponentiaed-Weibull distribution and give the fussy Bayes estimation of the membership under square loss function, scale squared loss function and Linex loss function.
