It can do various micro drilling test, including rock drill ability analysis test, diamond drilling limitation test. According to the test results optimize diamond drill, has the significant practical and theoretical significance of grading the rock for drill ability and improving the drill efficiency. For drilling technology research in foreign started early, but in our country, Because of the historical reasons, started late, all sorts of theories and equipment are gradually consummation. Alone with recent years, The development of industry of oil and mineral needs become more and more. In order to improve the efficiency, the demands for drilling technology and drilling equipment is also increasing. Some universities in our country had begun drilling equipment research, the micro drill test is not high demand on the environment, has a wide range usage. How to reasonably simplified structure, Increase function, reduce cost, the reliability analysis of the test system is indispensable.This paper use the new micro drilling test developed by high-pressure institute of faculty of science of Wuhan University of Technology as the research object, Mainly do the following job:First, this paper introduces the basic principle and structures of the micro drill test system, Optimized some parts of function equipment, made model of all parts and the system, and by using the finite element theory and analysis software calculated the main parts of test bench.Then according to the micro drill test with different parts using different reliability theory established the reliability analysis model of each parts, and statistics the reliability of main system parts.At last, Based on above, established the system's fault tree model, did the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the system fault tree branch and the total fault tree, established the highly important degree parts, drew out the system reliability. And gave the system repair and maintenance suggestion.
