In this paper, the author studied a mathematical model which is a class of Beddington-Leslie class predator-prey systems with periodic coefficients. The model is stated as follows (?)By Mawhin's continuation theorem of the theory of coincidence degree, the author gives a sufficient condition which is (?)Then the system above has positive periodic solutions. By comparison principle of differential equations, the author shows that the system is a uniform persistence system under the condition (?)By constructing a Lyapunov function, the author proves that the system exist a uniqueness of the global asymptotic stability of positive periodic solution under the conditions of (?)Finally, some examples are given by computer simulation to explain the results.
