This paper studied the formation time of oil reservoirs and the instruction meaning in structural transfiguration of lower-middle Jurassic in eastern Kuqa depression based on systematic researches on the characteristics of fluid inclusion of lower-middle Jurassic in eastern Kuqa depression. The lower-middle Jurassic Sandstone reservoir develops hydrocarbon-rich fluid inclusions in eastern Kuqa depression. It shows hydrocarbon charging order twice oil and gas injection there, which analyzed by saltwater inclusion symbiotic characteristics with hydrocarbon inclusions and microscopic measurement data. The first one occurred in the late stage of early diagenesis, approximately 12~10Ma(Jidike period in Miocene), it mainly charged to low mature oil and gas; the second one happened in the early stage of middle diagenesi, approximately 9~7Ma (Kangcun period in Miocene), charged by low mature oil-gas with small amount of light yellow fluorescent mature oil and gas. Disparate layers have GOI in difference obviously, the GOI in Lower Jurassic Ahe group (J1a) and Yang Xia group (J1y)is much higher than that in Jurassic Cakmak group (J2q) and Kezilenuer group (J2k), which is relevant to the physical characteristics of reservoir. The lower Jurassic bed is in favor of development of fluid inclusions with better physical property reservoir, in contrast, the worse physical property in middle Jurassic with smaller grain size, which is not conducive to develop for fluid inclusions.According to study Fluid Inclusion Planes(FIP) simply, there is more one advantage targeting position of the Fluid Inclusion Planes (FIP), speculated that the study area may have experienced at least two different directions of regional stress field deformation.According to the characteristics and homogenization temperatures of fluid inclusions of lower-middle Jurassic in eastern Kuqa depression, suggested the study area experienced two strong tectonic deformation, it's consistent with the other geological evidence. There is similar charateristics of fluid inclusions which collected on the different deformation profiles, this result sures that the structural transfigurat on the fluid inclusion is weak, the fluid inclusions are basically in a stable condition after formation.
