The time-frequency signal production and maintenance system, which produces time-frequency signal available to satellite loads, is our core of independent constructive Beidou satellite navigational system in our country.The technique of time-frequency production and maintenance fills the disadvantages of the atomic clock in Beidou Navigation system compared with the overseas, maintains the rubidium atomic clock, improves rubidium atomic clock's each performance indexes and makes up the influence of the entire guidance system because of the atomic clock performance insufficiency.Analyzing internationally four big guidance system atomic clock performances and unifying our country present situation, the paper adopts the frequency source structure of the atomic carillon and atomic clock compared phase link, discusses the process among each clock worked mutually, and carry on the temperature influence floated warm compensation processing of the space rubidium atomic clock.The system adopts the high accuracy real-time phase measurement technology based on the equivalent phase demodulation frequency, uses successively the time measurement method in administrative levels, tames with maintains through the phase-locked loop technology to the 10.23MHz signal. The frequency and the phase is controlled through DDS, and the paper enables DDS to achieve the frequency control precision of 0.0355 ? Hz, the phase precision of 6ps possibly through increasing the character and the figure. At the same time, after the paper has carried on DDS processing phase noise processing, the measuring techniques, the satellite clock performance compensation processing result analysis.Comparing with other methods such as using new physical principle as well as the Laser Technique to improve the atomic clock directly, the technique reduces the frequency source power loss and saves the cost.
