Survey of forest resources is to achieve an important means of modernization of China's forestry development and a necessary requirement for sustainable development, forest resource monitoring system is an important part. In recent years, with the rapid development of GPS technology to the core GPS positioning technology has been widely used for measuring the survey of forest resources, but by the forest terrain, water, climate, forest effects, GPS for forest resources as means a relatively low accuracy. How to improve the accuracy of the survey of forest resources has become a serious problem.In response to this demand, a full analysis of forestry resources in the course of the investigation of requirements, process, interfering factors on the basis of a thesis based on genetic neural network and RTK-GPS combines the GPS positioning methods and implementation.
