Road trafficability analysis is an important function of GIS spatial analysis module, but thelack of meteorological factors to consider and direct support. In this paper, related topics, takeinto account the meteorological elements to carry out analysis of the roads trafficability appliedresearch, to explore application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and BP neural network tech-nology to assess the road's condition under the influence of meteorological factors, and applica-tion plug-in technology integration with GIS.This major research work embodied in the following aspects:(1) Natural environment elements of model and GIS integration models and application ofmeteorological factors, impact factors of road trafficability were analyzed, given the meteoro-logical evaluation of the impact grade of factors on the road trafficability.(2) Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation presented contains the target, criteria andindicators for layer-layer road trafficability evaluation index system for the road conditions pre-vailing calculation by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.(3) The meteorological elements designed to take into account the analysis of the roadstrafficability BP neural network architecture, analysis of the BP neural network learning algo-rithm for a variety of correction methods were based on BP neural network road trafficabilityevaluation tests.(4) Designed and implemented a plug-in of the road trafficability analysis, demonstratingplug-in features and some experimental results.
