In recent years, scholars have done a lot of work which is the fuzzy reliability of the system, and they have published a lot of research results. According to system information form and the concept of reliability, the fuzzy reliability of the system is divided into five types, of which the reliability of systems with fuzzy parameters study has been considered to be difficult work. Therefore, the corresponding results of the work have less.First, we discuss the reliability of system with fuzzy parameter using the fuzzy structuring element theory. The thesis analyze fuzzy reliability about the series systems, parallel systems ,the compound systems, bridge circuit systems, store up systems , give fuzzy reliability functions of expression and its fuzzy membership functions of expression on the basis of the three methods of confirming fuzzy membership function. At the same time the thesis uses an example to verify the feasibility of the proposed method. This section is the focus of this research.Secondly, taking into account that characteristics of people's thinking in analysis of complex systems, this paper first proposed the logic of the system reliability analysis method, according to Logical relation of systematic analysis ,the thesis give fuzzy reliability functions expression of system which is disjunctive and fuzzy reliability functions expression of system which is conjunction. This part of the work is an attempt, still need further refinement.
