The temperature-depth parameters of the deep sea have significant referential value for ocean exploitation and environmental research, thus, how to obtain the accurate temperature-depth parameters has always been a subject for ocean scientists. This paper mainly deals with high-precision measuring techniques of the temperature-depth parameters and the method of using it in conjunction with the current meter being developed.This thesis presents a general survey of the development of the temperature-depth admeasuring apparatus at home and abroad, and identifies the design objective of the parameters of this system, under the requirements of the three-dimensional current meter project. According to the parameter indices and performance requirements of the system, the principles of the key chip selection are given, and the measuring principles of the temperature pickup as well as the solutions of measurement errors are intensively studied. Also, the effect of errors that the temperature drift brings on the temperature measurement is discussed, and the measuring theory of the temperature drift with self-correction is brought forth, resolving the error problem. Besides, high-precision schematics are designed to measure the ocean pressure. The latter part of the paper contains a comprehensive investigation of the error sources and a calibration of the errors with the help of the least-squares mathematical model, further improving the measuring accuracy.Now that the hardware design can effectively inhibit the null drift of the system caused by the temperature, and the software design has adopted the least-squares method for the non-linear error calibration, the accuracy of the temperature measurement can reach±0.01℃, and the bathymetry error can be lower than 0.5% of the water depth. Therefore, the design of high-precision measurement equipment that can be used in conjunction with the current meter to get the temperature-depth parameters of the deep sea is achieved.
