Research Of Landslide Monitoring System Based On The WSN And Verhulst Displacement Model

The wireless sensor network(WSN) which is defined as one of the three great high tech-industy is applied to various of fields.An observation system based on wireless sensor network was designed out according to the landslide investigation of geology and application of the WSN. The system which contains the technology of WSN and GPRS, as well as the GPS, was designed out though the research of hardware and software.The Verhulst landslide forcasting model of geology was embeded into the system to ensure that the system could observe the displacement of the objects instantly as well as forcast the landslide accurately according to the Verhulst model. The warning proposal, installing an alarm into the base station nearby the resident was raised out. The system would tell the resident the landslide situation at the first time to bring down personnel casualties and economic losses even though the surveillance center was not ready to broadcast the warning information.For the hardware design, the terminal nodes,coordinator as well as the router nodes structural models were designed and the circuits were developped. Then the circuits principles were researched. There are not so much calculations in the terminal nodes, so the CC2430 chips and HB100 were adopped to play the part of processor and sensor model of the teminal nodes as the CC2430 integrates the 8051 processor and the radio frequency model, which made the circuits more simple and reduced the cost. The However, there are lots of caculations in the coordinator node, and we should make sure the processor has a fast operation speed then the ARM processor and CC2480 as well as the GPRS model and GPS model. There is a LCD monitor as the external connection of the coordinator to make the base station more practical.For the software design, the flow work of the terminal nodes,coordinator and the router nodes were developped for which the Code Blocks software was made as the develop tool. At the same time, the main program was figured out. Then the transplant of the ARM operation systemμC/OS-Ⅱas well as the GPRS and the GPS model were researched.
