| Photoluminescence is an important part of the semiconductor optics,many researchhave been done about photoluminescence, but most studies are focused on the analysisof PL spectra ,which is used to analyze the defects of materials and devicestructures.,and all studies are hardly related to device design and simulation.Firstly ,to study the characteristics of photoluminescence, the band structure isdesigned, and its purpose is to improve the luminous efficiency by minimizing theprobability of non-radiative recombination and increasing the probability of radiativerecombination.Due to the reduction of non-radiative recombination mainly through theprocess, the purpose of paper is to improve the efficiency of radiative recombination,which requires the carrier as far as possible into one area. Based on the above analysis,the structure,which has met requirements, has been designed . the use of heterojunctionbarrier height and electric field produced by the gradient band further increase thecarrier concentration. Secondly,using ISE TACD software, the layers of activation andabsorption in the outer body region were optimized. In each case,structure ofoptimization has been acquired. The effect of photoluminescence device is comparedand analyzed to the emission region of different materials, the bulk or the quantum sizeon the device . The influence of the change of barrier height on photoluminescenceproperties is studied. when the width of the emitting area dimensions is in thequantum.Finally, considering the overall structure of layers ,the structure ,which ismost favorable to improve the photoluminescence output energy ,is obtained .This paper studies the photoluminescence , open up a new method,and put forwardnew ideas. It is to lay the foundation for further research. |
