By establishing a large cold model of spray quench chamber and selecting appropriate spray nozzles, this thesis take the gas-liquid two phase flow as the research object, give a systematic research on droplet entrainment and droplet distribution law which caused by gas-liquid two phase flow.The atomization characteristics by LS-2000 and,digital camera, select a applicable nozzle as the finally experimental atomizer. Sampling method was used to measure the outlet droplet entrainment with different nozzles combination. It is concluded that for single nozzle the export liquid velocity, the gas velocity, nozzle incident angles, nozzle circumferential decorate etc have effect on droplet entrainment, and the front both are major factors; For multinozzle combination, the export liquid velocity, the gas velocity has became the main factors, and other factors are weakened, even can be neglected, the influence of gas velocity has a turning point. Droplets concentration distribution has been tested, the increase of flow of water enhance the crossflow inductive effects was discovered, promote the droplets spread to tower wall; the increase of gas velocity is enlarged the energy of the vortex, promote the droplet spread along the axis; droplets Increase the nozzle number can make the droplet well-distributed and eliminate dead zone, when 16 nozzle are totally opened, the dead zones almost disappear.
