With the development of remote sensing technology, remote sensing applications in all areas of society has become more and more popular. In the way of city planning, remote sensing technology can be used in the dynamic supervision of land utilizing,in the monitoring and management of atmosphere quality as well as programming and construction of city environment.In recent years, many cities at home or abroad have applied remote sensing technology to extract green space information,in order to dynamically find out the area of green cover and provide a basis for urban green construction.This not only can further optimize the holistic planning of green space and achieve the overall planning of urban green space,but also has effective meaning for ameliorating the environment benefit and increasing the city's potential of sustainable development.Applying TM images, this paper make a case study in ShiJiazhuang city. To consider the remote sensing's own characteristics in urban greening, we use the remote sensing technology, do the change of the Kathunen一Loeve analyses and vegetation indices to the three remote sensings, and we also carry out the information analysis,correlation analyses of wave bands and calculating the OIF index, then we get the best constitutes of bands to the image. And then unsupervised classification and supervised classification are carried out basis on the ultimate combining image being composed of three best wave bands, and two results are analysised and compared, and the latter method is more suitable to the model. Based on the results of supervised classification we extracted the green informations of the three periods images,and carried out a detailed analysis to the extracted results.On the bases of green space abstraction,make green space dynamic analysis of ShiJiazhuang, analysis the change of green space area,establish land use transfer matrix for quantitative analysis of change in green space, to analyze the out and in situation.
