With the development of modern science, GPS which is rising by radio navigation and positioning technology in satellite-based can provide sophisticated three dimensional coordinate speed and time for kinds of users. however, GPS is very poor in aspects of the precision of height positioning. because Quasi-geoid is irregular surface, it can not simulate a accurate surface, because of the reason, GPS only can provide high precision geodetic height for kinds of users, but it can not provice normal height which is needed in engineering technology. therefore, geodetic height which is measured by GPS transfers normal height, it is a hot spot nowdays. To solve the above problem, Firstly, paper studys on the method of rejecting gross error, paper uses combination method of cycle robust estimation and F-T probability statistics, It is very effective for solving the result that gross error affect fitting. Secondly, Starting from the Fitting Method, paper studys on Taylor polynomial, double high-order polynomial, zernike wave surface polynomial, Taylor polynomial Weighted, Taylor polynomial Multi-faceted, double high-order Weighted, double high-order Multi-faceted. Analysing accuracy of different methods by data and Proposing suggestion and conclusion. Last, variation of height anomaly is very small in a area which is partition fitting, and compared with the area which is not partition fitting, data accuracy calculation uses VB Language.
