Highly Charged Ions(HCI) has been a good application. Highly Charged Ions play an important significant part on astrophysics, quantum chromodynamics, the fine structure of atoms and atomic quality measurement. As the Highly Charged Ions(HCI) carried by the enormous potential,it is also expected to be the new tool of the surface analysis and modification. In medical applications, its accelerated features are easy to be the first choice for cancer treatment. In the paper,FCPC method is extended to calculated the energy structure of 1s2np (2≤n≤9) and 1s2nd (3≤n≤9) Rydberg series of Ni25+ Ions. And then I focuse on the energy of that.I calculated the non-relativistic energy of Ni25+ Ions, relativistic energy, the energy loss coefficient of the quantum start, the oscillator strength for 1s2np (2≤n≤9)-1s2nd (3≤n≤9) transition, and combining the quantum defect theory with the discrete oscillator strengths, the discrete oscillator strengths for the transitions from the given initial state to highly excited states 1s2np (n≥10) and 1s2nd(n≥10) and the oscillator strengths density corresponding to the bound-free transitions are obtained.
