| In the dissertation, the design about structure and welding of The Jack Up Elevating has mostly been fulfilled. Moreover, controlling system of The Elevating Systems is researched.Firstly, the history and development of The Jack-Up Units are introduced systematically. Virtual assembly for The Jack Up Elevating is put up. The Jack Up Elevating involve Elevating System and Leg Fixation System. The Jack Ups are equipped with a Rack and Pinion system for continuous jacking operations. The program of The Elevating System is determined by calculating and calibrating to meet the load requirements. The Leg Fixation System, which the main components are The Rack and Screw lift, may provide more security for The Jack Up.Secondly, the model of The Jack Up Elevating is analyzed by using the ABAQUS software, the three-dimensional plate element, physical units and beam element are used in the analysis. The result shows that the strength of the Jack Up Elevating has met the requirements.Finally, the paper briefly described the control system of The Jack Up Elevating. The Jack Up Elevating with 3-legged, and each pile legged has 3-chorded legs, and there are six gear boxes on each chorded legs. The control system includes remote centralized control and local control. The PLC module as the basic form of control units, the motor is controlled by the inverter. The up-stop-down and emergency brake of the legged can be controlled by the electrical control cabinets, which in the legged. The Jack Up Elevating, that designed in the paper, need to be further improved and perfected. |
