| Metamaterials are characterized by simultaneously negative effective permittivity and negative permeability, which have attracted much attention on account of a range of unique electromagnetic properties.Traditional metamaterials are general based on the array of metal ring resonator and thread developed by professor Pndry,Now,a variety of differency structurals has already been designed and made out,and have many advantages in performance.Some of the different parts of the electromagnetics of the medium,even already very satisfactory.However, the metamaterial design requires not only wide bandwidth, low loss, ease of processing,and can be teanslated the work band.those will limit the further development of metamaterials with basing metal.In contrast, the metamaterial,which structure with dielectric have many advantages that metal metamaterials does not have. Which is simple in structure, usually be fromed with a simple dielectric sphere or media column.and the loss rate is small,are easy access to the infrared, visible band extension. Dielectric structure of the metamaterial designing is the main word of this paper. In the course of the studing, the theoretical and software simulation establish a systematic research program. This work mainly involves the following aspects.1 The researching of performance with negative refraction in the new all-dielectric structure metamaterial.(1)Designing the new media, and researching different resonance modes of the electromagnetic field characteristics through the peak of the electromagnetic field analysising. The initialrearching get that in the a certain resonance modes of this structure can from unified electric resonance and magnetic resonance,those can bring negative refraction properties.(2)Unit cell structure by comparison with the resonant wavelength of the incident wave confirmed the effective medium theory can work in this structure, the material electromagnetic propertis dispersion curve can gained by using the methods of Parameter extraction. Image is very clear from the dispersion to identify the occurrence of negative refraction of resonance.(3)The use of wedge-shaped structure to simulate the refraction field to verify the structure's negative refraction properties is a primary means.Constructing two parts of the same shape but different structures of the wedge-shaped structure.Using the different simulation software to verify the material properties of a specific pattern of negative refraction2 According to Mie scattering theory, electromagnetic characteristics of dielectric particles mainly be affected by particle size and the dielectric coefficient. The part of the study also involved the parallel-plate size with structural unit cell and the chancging of dielectric coefficient towarding the effects with the resonance mode.(1)By changing the width of parallel plates,researing the changeingof the structural parameters effect the resonance properties of materials. Founding the high dielectric plate width have a significant impact on the resonant peak and resonant modes.(2)Through simulation,knowing that dielectric constant of the paralled-plate ferroelectic ceramics have effect with the resonant properties..increasing the dielectric constant of high dielectric slab, corresponding to low frequency movement of resonant frequency with each response mode.whereas shifted to higher frequency. |
