In this paper,we discuss the paths structure and construction theory of bilateral birth-death processes. At first, we discuss the analytic properties and probability prop-erties of bilateral birth-death processes. Then this paper calculates the solutions of the equations v(λI-Q)=0. At last, according to the different solutions of the equations, we obtain the paths structure and construction of the different bilateral birth-death processes.
