As the atmospheric pressure Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) plasma with short sterilization time, low operation temperature and side effects, thus it has an extensive application prospects. The research of the atmospheric pressure plasma has become a hot area of low temperature plasma at home and abroad. This article has been studied dielectric barrier discharge device produced needle plasma for the killing of oral mixed bacteria and the role of fibroblasts. By adjusting the flow of inner electrode oxygen to control plasma levels of output device, so that changes in content of oxygen free radicals in order to achieve better sterilizing effect. Through repeated experiments we believe that low-temperature plasma sterilization works by DBD discharge to generate oxygen free radicals and ultraviolet, so that the cell wall rupture and distortion of nuclear material, which kill bacteria. In the sterilization we also take into account the side effects of various trace elements on the human body, for which we extracted from the mouse fibroblast cell body simulation of the actual human oral environment, and thus atmospheric pressure DBD plasma needle in the clinical practice of oral bacteria make taking a step forward the feasibility analysis.
