Using resonance Raman spectroscopy of Biomolecules is a new field of technical activity. Resonance Raman scattering of P-carotene in liquid-core optical fiber have been studied in the dissertation, resonance absorption Raman spectra of P-carotene in Carbon disulfide solution have been obtained, which proved that both resonance absorption and liquid-core fiber have strong ability to enhance intensity of Raman scattering spectral lines. Two Raman spectral lines ofβ-carotene in Carbon disulfide solution in liquid-core by laser with 532 nm wavelength are found in the experiment, these two spectral lines were not observed in non-resonance Raman scattering of same solution. Raman spectrum of Carbon disulfide solution was obtained by laser with 532nm wavelength. The intensity of the spectral lines has been notably enhanced by liquid-core fiber.Raman scattered light that spreads in liquid-core optical fiber has gains and losses at the same time. For a liquid, using different wavelengths of excitation light source will get different optimum length. Experiment proved that the optimum length of Carbon disulfide liquid-core fiber exited by laser with 532mn wavelength is 3.0m.
