After the innovation theory put forward by Schumpeter,technological innovation diffusion problem attracts scholars’ attention.Technology innovation diffusion is the re-realization process of technology innovation,and technology innovation diffusion time &effect is the direct embodiment of technology innovation diffusion effect.With the development of complex social network environment,technology innovation diffusion time& effect appears some new influencing factors,and becomes one of the important contents of research on technology innovation diffusion.For further study the influence of these factors,this paper combines the complex network theory and the technology innovation diffusion theory to study the technology innovation diffusion time & effect,for improving the technology innovation diffusion effect,and providing reference for enterprises in the activity of technology innovation diffusion.There is no unified definition about the concepts of complex network and technology innovation diffusion time & effect,this article defines the basic concepts which involved in complex network technology innovation diffusion time & effect firstly,clarifies their connotation,and then expounds the complex network theory and the related features,technology innovation diffusion theory and nature.On this basis,this paper provides a detailed description of the process of complex network technology innovation diffusion and analyses the factors affecting of technology innovation diffusion time & effect from the traditional perspective and the perspective of complex network,and then educes the research framework;Secondly,in view of complex networks has a variety of classification method,a main classification is divided into the unweighted complex network and the weighted complex network,the nodes’ importance among these two types of network is different,the importance of the role in the process of technology innovation diffusion is not the same,the diffusion model is also used by certain differences,and the enhance strategy on the technology innovation diffusion time & effect is not the same,at the same time,the enterprises will adopt the different strategies for the technology innovation diffusion,it is highly correlated with the network classification,therefore,so need to study the technology innovation diffusion time & effect on the unweighted complex network and the weighted complex network respectively.The research on the technology innovation diffusion time & effect of unweighted complex networks must clarify the process of unweighted complex networks technology innovation diffusion and the adopted diffusion model,and then analyze the changes of unweighted complex networks technology innovation diffusion time & effect combined with the selection of the initial diffusion nodes.To the technology innovation diffusion of weighted networks,we should clarify the structure of weighted complex networks and the process of technology innovation diffusion,and then to study from the structural characteristics of the weighted networks,the suitable diffusion model,and the selection of initial diffusion seeds.After that,through simulation and empirical methods,the relevant factors affecting of technology innovation diffusion time & effect of the unweighted complex networks and the weighted complex networks are verified,and then some strategies to improve the technology innovation diffusion time & effect of complex networks are proposed.There are following five parts in this paper:(1)Based on the technology innovation diffusion theory,the influencing factors of complex network technology innovation diffusion time & effect include some basic elements,such as network classification,network structure,diffusion model and initial seed nodes.In this part,the concepts of technology innovation diffusion and complex networks are definited firstly,and then analyze the complex networks technology innovation diffusion process and the influencing factors of technology innovation diffusion time & effect in complex network.(2)To the problem of the unweighted network technology innovation diffusion time &effect,firstly,the unweighted network structure and technology innovation diffusion process are expounded.Secondly,we proposed the IIC model which is suitable for the unweighted network technology innovation diffusion.Thirdly,a new method of nodes’ importance for unweighted network is proposed.Finally,we analyzed the unweighted network technology innovation diffusion time & effect.(3)To the weighted complex network technology innovation diffusion,we proposed a nonlinear diffusion model and expounded the weighted complex network structure ang the process of technology innovation diffusion.As the same time,analyzed the weighted network technology innovation diffusion time & effect.First,we simulation analyzed the influence of network structure to the weighted network technology innovation diffusion time & effect.Second,we gave a new method to find the initial diffusion seeds for the weighted network technology innovation diffusion.Third,we analyzed the weighted complex network technology innovation diffusion time & effect.(4)The paper carried out simulation analysis to the complex network technology innovation diffusion time & effect.Firstly,we simulated the unweighted network technology innovation diffusion time & effect,compared the differences of the IIC model and traditional SI model,and pointed out the applicability of the IIC model.Secondly,we verified the different influence by using the IIC model when the initial seeds were selected by multi-attribute integrated measurement and random respectively.Secondly,the nonlinear cascade diffusion model is used to analyze the weighted network technology innovation diffusion time & effect by using specific initial seed nodes.(5)Summarized the influence rules of
