Research On The Impact Of Innovation Alliance On Disruptive Technological Innovation Of Enterprises From The Perspective Of Knowledge Management

With the development of technologies such as artificial intelligence,5G networks,and cloud computing,the digital economy era is coming.Chinese government applied a new model called disruptive innovation for future innovation development,this is one of the most important strategies for national acceleration of economic restructuring and industrial upgrading.Therefore,disruptive technological innovation has become an important way for company to gain competitive advantage among business competition.However,enterprise may face the resource shortage,high cost burden and other potential problems,it is hard for one company to accomplish disruptive innovation by itself.Under this background,innovation alliances are gradually generated when enterprise searching for innovated resources and management experiences from outside companies.Innovation alliances can enable enterprises to achieve "cross-border collaboration" in the process of disruptive technological innovation,which not only crosses organizational boundaries,but also jointly develops alliance innovation collaboration models with companies outside the industry.This alliance can help innovative technologies flow from low-end markets to mainstream markets and ultimately contribute to the smooth implementation of disruptive technological innovation.The most crucial stage in the process of innovation alliance to implement disruptive technological innovation is knowledge management.Knowledge management among alliance enterprises is a systematic and collaborative process,including series of activities such as knowledge search,knowledge flow,knowledge sharing,and knowledge matching and knowledge final integrated utilization.Those activities can all be performed on the stable cooperation platform generated by innovation alliance.Knowledge management in turn can provide intelligent support and contribute to the final success for enterprise disruptive technological innovation.This paper made a systematic research to analyze the innovative alliance’s impact on the enterprise disruptive innovation and what are the effects of knowledge management activities in the process of innovation alliances in promoting enterprise disruptive technological innovation knowledge under the current digital economy background.The research conclusion can help decision makers to re-examine the form of innovation alliances,face up knowledge management activities,and then make scientific strategic decisions to promote disruptive technological innovation in enterprises.The main research findings of this paper are as below:Firstly,the paper sorts out past theories of alliance network theory,resource dependence theory,knowledge management and disruptive technological innovation.After summarizing relevant literatures,we further define the concepts,connotations and characteristics for innovation alliances,knowledge management and disruptive technological innovation.At the same time,based on existing research ideas and combined with different forms of innovation alliances,a new framework for research on the impact of innovation alliances on enterprise disruptive technological innovation from the perspective of knowledge management has been constructed.Secondly,this paper systematically analyzes the influence of bilateral alliance cooperation on enterprise disruptive technological innovation.Considered enterprise A and enterprise B,a bilateral alliance of evolutionary game strategies can be developed around knowledge management activities such as knowledge sharing,knowledge hiding and knowledge leakage among enterprises.After introducing government as the third party,a three-party evolutionary game model is formed,this paper sets different parameters to simulate and analyze how the different game strategies of bilateral alliance enterprises affect the enterprise when the government supervision intensity takes different reference values.Thirdly,this paper explores the impact of the Trilateral Simmel connection on disruptive technological innovation of enterprises.There is a research framework with Simmel connection as the independent variable,disruptive technological innovation as the dependent variable,knowledge density as the mediating variable and perceived knowledge ownership as the moderating variable.The theoretical hypothesis of this study was verified through hierarchical regression analysis.The empirical results show that the Simmel connection has a positive effect on the disruptive technological innovation of the enterprise;The knowledge density plays a part of the mediating role in the relationship between the Simmel connection and the disruptive technological innovation of the enterprise;The perceived personal ownership of knowledge negatively moderats Simmel connection and knowledge density,and perceived knowledge organization ownership play a positive moderatrole in the relationship between Simmel connection and disruptive technological innovationFourthly,this paper studies the impact of multilateral alliance network embedding on enterprise disruptive technological innovation.There is a research framework with multilateral alliance network embedding as independent variable,knowledge search and knowledge base as chain intermediary variables and dynamic knowledge capability as moderator variable.Empirical analysis of the acquired survey data through multiple linear regression,the result shows that multilateral alliance network embedding positively affects corporate disruptive technological innovation,knowledge search and knowledge base play a role in the relationship between multilateral alliance network embedding and corporate disruptive technological innovation.In terms of chain intermediary effects,dynamic knowledge capabilities positively moderate the relationship between multilateral alliance network embedding and enterprise disruptive technological innovation.Fifthly,this paper discusses the influence of alliance management capabilities on disruptive technological innovation of enterprises.There is a research framework with alliance management ability as independent variable,knowledge flow as an intermediary variable and knowledge reconstruction ability as a moderating variable.The original data was obtained by designing a research questionnaire and an empirical analysis was carried out.The research results show the alliance management ability has a significant positive impact on enterprise disruptive technological innovation;Knowledge flow plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between alliance management ability and enterprise disruptive technological innovation;Knowledge reconstruction ability positively Moderates the relationship between alliance management capabilities and knowledge flow,at the same time,knowledge reconstruction capabilities also play a positive moderates role between alliance management capabilities and enterprise disruptive technological innovation.Finally,this paper arises suggestions for using innovation alliance to promote the development of disruptive technological innovation of enterprises.According to above research results,the author put forward advices to promote the smooth implementation of the enterprise’s disruptive technological innovation from three aspects: optimizing the operating mechanism of the innovation alliance,strengthening the knowledge management of the innovation alliance and enhancing the innovation ability of the enterprises in the innovation alliance.
