Abstract/Summary:
With the rise of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change in the world,scientific and technological innovation has become a key factor for countries in the world to enhance their international competitiveness.As an important choice of national innovation driven development strategy,the value of industry-university-research collaborative innovation is becoming increasingly prominent.From a global perspective,the United States,Britain,Germany and Japan pay attention to and promote the development of industry-university-research collaborative innovation at the height of national strategy from the perspective of national strategy.In theory,the relationship between external environment and industry-university-research collaborative innovation is complex and uncertain.In practice,industry-university-research collaborative innovation is rooted in the social organization of certain time-space relationship,which has a high degree of fuzziness and initiative.Therefore,it is urgent to fully understand the relationship between external environment and industry-university-research collaborative innovation to form a general explanation for its mechanism and models.In order to study the development law of external environment and industry-university-research collaborative innovation,based on the above realistic and theoretical background,as well as the classic proposition of organization and environment research,this study puts industry-university-research collaborative innovation in the external environment from the perspective of macro and micro interaction,analyzes the dynamic mechanism and model of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.Firstly,aiming at the research on the dynamic mechanism of industry-university-research collaborative innovation in the environmental field,this paper constructs the“ideas-institutions-behavior” analysis framework combined with the system dynamics theory,polycentric governance theory and institutional theory.Secondly,this paper taking the field order of political environment field,economic environment field and social environment field as the observation point,and puts forward the theoretical model of the dynamic mechanism of industry-university-research collaborative innovation in the environmental field based on the analysis framework of “Ideas-Institutions-Behavior”,and carries out the empirical test by using the case study method.The results show that the order-control mechanism,the contract-interactivity mechanism and the relationship-matching mechanism are the three driving forces of industry-university-research collaborative innovation in different environmental fields.Thirdly,typologization of industry-university-research collaborative innovation is analyzed by extending the research problem to the heterogeneous space.From the perspective of configuration,the research hypothesis of the mode of industry-university-research collaborative innovation in the spatial domain is put forward by taking the differential order as the observation point.The qualitative comparative analysis method is used for empirical test.The results verify that OC-CIRM model,CI-OCRM model and RM-OCCI model are the three structural equilibrium models of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.Finally,the research horizon is turned to China to study the model and development path of industry-university-research collaborative innovation in China.Grounded theory research method and QCA research method are applied to conduct empirical test from the perspective of configuration.The results reveal the OC-CIRM model of industry-university-research collaborative innovation in China and the compound development path including the policy guidance bias model,the policy-market structure adjustment model,the policy-relationship fitting model.On the basis of the above research,aiming at the decoupling problem between industry-university-research collaborative innovation development and the environment in China,this study puts forward some suggestions of the high-quality development for China’s industry-university-research collaborative innovation from the perspective of order optimization,including that,first,optimize the multi-value governance idea and instrumental governance idea in the space;second,strengthen the coordination of the horizontal and vertical dimensions of innovation policy from horizontal cross-sector partnerships and vertical central-local linkage;third,strengthen the endogenous driving force of collaborative innovation subject by combing government incentives,market incentives and the self-development of industry-university-research;fourth,promote the socialized link of social resources from the perspective of internal and external relationship network and the sustainable development of industry-university-research.
