In recent years,tourism performing arts have increasingly become standard products and important attractions for tourist destinations.The tourism performing arts are constantly in the iterative development,from the initial stage performances in the form of frames,to the real-life performances of landscapes,and to the immersive performances that are acclaimed today,the performance modes and viewing methods continue to innovate.In particular,the implantation of new technologies such as new audio-visual,artificial intelligence,high-simulation,mixed reality,and human-computer interaction has made the tourism performance show a trend of high investment,large production,and super shocking,with obvious characteristics of technological worship.Therefore,in the iterative upgrade of tourism performing arts,embodied experience design is regarded by the industry as a magic weapon to win.However,the survey found that many immersive tourism performing arts are not highly recognized by the market,and tourists do not respond enthusiastically to high-standard hardware and technology configurations.They are evaluated by the audience as "visual carpet bombing and embarrassing emotional encirclement,which has no deep aftertaste at all".This phenomenon arouses people’s thinking,is it true that tourism performing arts only care about flow experience? What kind of tourist satisfaction can the flow experience in tourism performing arts bring? What is the key that affects tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts? Will tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts affect their satisfaction and loyalty to tourist destinations? Without an in-depth interpretation of this,investors will not be able to realize their investment from immersive tourism performing arts experience design,and their efforts to use new technologies to innovate the tourist experience will also have little effect.Through sorting out the research results related to tourism performing arts,tourist experience,flow experience,tourist satisfaction and loyalty,it is found that tourism performing arts related research mainly focuses on the elements of tourists’ physical experience and sensory stimulation,and the comprehensive effect of these elements brings to tourists,at present,few scholars in the academic field pay attention to the conceptual connotation of meaningful experience based on cognitive input in tourism performing arts and its impact on tourist satisfaction;existing tourist experience related research has conducted rich discussion on the characteristics and connotation of tourist experience,but lack of in-depth analysis of the connotation and characteristics of tourist experience in different tourism scenarios;in the research on flow experience,although a lot of research has been carried out on flow experience in the online environment and tourism field,few people pay attention to flow experience of tourists in tourism performing arts and the influence of tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts and tourists’ satisfaction and loyalty to tourist destinations;in the research on tourist satisfaction and loyalty,there is a lack of the overall state and in-depth perspective of the tourist experience analyzing the impact of tourist experience on tourist satisfaction,it has failed to conduct a systematic comparative analysis of the effects of the two dimensions of affective response and cognitive evaluation on tourist satisfaction,although a large number of studies have confirmed the relationship between tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty,the attitude towards tourist satisfaction migrates and generalizes,more specifically,whether and how tourists are satisfied with tourism activities,tourism projects or tourist attractions influencing their satisfaction and loyalty to tourist destinations,few studies have conducted in-depth analysis on them.Based on the review of relevant literature,this study draws on grounded theoretical research ideas to explore the flow experience and meaningful experience of tourists in tourism performing arts and their satisfaction with tourism performing arts and the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists to tourism destinations impact mechanism.Furthermore,based on the narrative transmission theory,the elaborate processing possibility model and the halo effect,this research explores the effect and mechanism of flow experience and meaningful experience on tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts through affective response and cognitive evaluation,and analyzes the impact of tourists on tourism performing arts.The satisfaction of tourism performing arts affects tourists’ satisfaction with tourism destinations and their willingness to recommend,and the moderating effect of perceived fit is analyzed to deepen the tourist experience of tourism performing arts,tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts,and tourists’ satisfaction with tourism destinations.In addition to related research results such as degree and loyalty,it also provides suggestions and practical guidance for the creation and design of tourism performing arts and the improvement of tourists’ satisfaction and loyalty to tourist destinations.This study found that flow experience of tourists in the tourism performing arts has a significant positive impact on the affective response,but the impact on the cognitive evaluation is not significant,and the flow experience has a significantly stronger impact on the affective response than on the cognitive evaluation;In tourism performing arts,tourists’ meaningful experience has a significant positive impact on affective response and cognitive evaluation.Meaningful experience has a significantly stronger impact on cognitive evaluation than affective response;affective response has a significant positive impact on cognitive evaluation;the satisfaction of tourists with tourism performing arts has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of tourists with tourism destinations;the satisfaction of tourists with tourism destinations has a significant positive impact on the willingness of tourists to recommend tourism destinations.Affective response plays a mediating role between flow experience and tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts;cognitive evaluation plays a mediating role between meaningful experience and tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts;the mediating effect of cognitive evaluation between meaningful experience and tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts is greater than the mediating effect of affective response between flow experience and tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts;Perceived fit plays a moderating role in the influence of tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performances on tourists’ satisfaction with tourism destinations.The innovations of this research are mainly reflected in the following five aspects: The connotation and characteristics of meaningful experience are proposed,and the tourist experience in tourism performing arts is refined into two main types:flow experience and meaningful experience,which is helpful to refine the existing research framework of tourist experience in tourism performing arts;Constructing an integrated theoretical framework for the narrative transmission of tourism performing arts and the analysis and processing of tourists,which helps to deepen the existing literature on the understanding of the formation mechanism of tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts;It reveals the mechanism of flow experience and meaningful experience on tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts,which is helpful to further deepen the related research results of the formation mechanism of tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts;Investigating the influence of tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts on the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists to tourism destinations,which helps to expand tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts and tourists’ satisfaction and loyalty to tourism destinations related research results;It is confirmed that perceived fit plays a moderating role in the influence of tourists’ satisfaction with tourism performing arts on tourists’ satisfaction with tourism destinations,which is helpful to provide new theoretical perspectives for improving the research of tourist satisfaction in tourism destinations.
