Research On Theory And Method Of Individualized Intelligent Question Answering Of Policy Text Based On Knowledge Management

Intelligent question answering is one of the critical technologies of information intelligent service and an essential means to realize human-computer interaction.Its essence is a process of relevant information feedback based on user questions.The existing theoretical research on intelligent question answering lacks compliance based on the principles of cognitive science and ignores the essence of the theoretical solution to the scientific problem of intelligent question answering with personalized answer generation as the final result orientation.Policy text belongs to unstructured data and is the main basis for the public to conduct online politics.As the basic principle of cognitive science,the Brookes equation reveals the relationship between the amount of knowledge and the amount of information in question answering.Cognitive science is the basic basis for the formation of question answers,and it is also the basic principle that this paper always follows.Accordingly,this paper decomposes the problem into the following scientific problems for detailed research:1.Research on the structured method of policy text;2.Research on the question understanding method of the questioner;3.Research on the measurement method of general knowledge structure index of questioners;4.Research on the individual feature depiction method for questioners;5.Research on the generation and feedback methods of personalized related answers.The main research process is as follows:According to the results of the decomposition of the above scientific problems,this paper proposes a structured method of policy text data based on the knowledge representation principle,which provides the basis for the following related research.Pointing at the question analysis and understanding of the questioner,the question understanding method of the questioner is realized by using knowledge mining technology,and the knowledge representation is carried out corresponding to the results of the structured policy text.Furthermore,in order to meet the characteristics of personalized question answering and use the above principles of this paper,the feature characterization of questioners based on knowledge dimension is studied,and a quantitative method of general knowledge structure index of questioners based on knowledge measurement is proposed.On this basis,the problem knowledge depiction of the questioner is studied,and the personalized portrait of the questioner is completed based on the machine interaction strategy and the method of checking the index item.In order to realize the generation and verification of personalized answers,a basic answer generation method based on association coverage and an optimal answer feedback method based on user information tolerance are proposed.The quality evaluation of basic answers and optimal answers is studied from the perspectives of text content and information entropy.Based on the basic principles of cognitive science,the theoretical method and implementation technical route of personalized intelligent question and answer generation based on policy text are studied.Aiming to explore,enrich and practice the interdisciplinary theoretical research results of knowledge metrology,information management,and cognitive science,and improve the intellectual level of government service.At the theoretical level,based on the Brooks equation and knowledge management related methods,the personalized intelligent question answering of policy texts is studied,which provides a new idea for the transformation of information-knowledge-intelligence in the field of government affairs.At the same time,from the perspective of cognitive science,the ’dual system theory’ in cognitive psychology research,the ’relevance theory’ in cognitive pragmatics research,and the ’cognitive graph’ of cognitive computing are introduced into the theoretical research of intelligent question answering,which enriches the theoretical research of intelligent question answering.In the structural processing of policy text,the relevant methods of knowledge management are innovatively applied,which deepens the application range of knowledge management theory.At the practical level,the research results of this paper on the structural method of policy text can effectively improve the intelligent processing and management efficiency of policy text and save labor costs;the practical application of the questioner’s personalized feature characterization method can further improve the questioner’s feelings and provide the public with personalized question and answer services,which is of fundamental significance to benefit people’s livelihood.This paper realizes the research on the relevant theoretical methods of personalized intelligent question answering.The research results have important practical significance for promoting the construction process of smart government in China.
