educational goals.Educational thinking is the advance conceptualization and operationalisation of ideas to realize the educational goal and implement the educational content.Educational method is the specific educational approach of educational thinking in educational practice under the guidance of a certain educational outlook,and is the strategic way to realize educational goals and educational explore the continuation and transformation of Chinese traditional educational genes in the education of the Yanzhao clan in modern times.In this paper,the basic structure of Chinese traditional educational genes,that is the educational goal,educational content,educational thinking and educational method,is the main line,to explore the characteristics of Chinese traditional educational genes and the motivations and manifestations of its continuation and transformation in modern Yanzhao clan education.First of all,in terms of the characteristics of Chinese traditional educational genes,under the influence of Confucian education theory,Chinese traditional educational genes have formed the characteristics of political orientation of education,social oriented educational purpose,ethics of education,and the integration of education and life.Secondly,aiming at the reasons for the continuation and transformation of Chinese traditional educational genes in modern Yanzhao clan education,this paper mainly analyzes from five aspects,including the impact of "the spread of Western learning to the east",the adjustment of national policies,the transformation of traditional values and the "survival anxiety" of the clan,which jointly promote the change of Yanzhao clan education;at the same time,the deep-rooted Chinese educational tradition makes the Chinese traditional educational gene present the coexistence of continuation and transformation in the modern Yanzhao clan education.Once more,from the perspective of the continuation and transformation of the Chinese traditional educational gene in modern Yanzhao clan education.On the one hand,the continuation of Chinese traditional educational genes in modern Yanzhao clan education is mainly manifested in the core educational goals of studying and inheriting the family,doing good deeds and honoring ancestors and clans,and the educational content centered on the examination education,ideological and moral education,literature and art education.The educational thinking mainly consists of structural thinking,dynamic thinking,metaphorical thinking and intuitive thinking,and the flexible and diverse
