philosophy of technology with technology as the research object has thus become a new philosophy and demonstrated its strong vitality.The technological turn of philosophy has even become a major event in the entire philosophical world in recent years.Taking the philosophy of technology as a research perspective to gain insights into the problems of modern university teaching is a critical and reflective encounter in the fields of technology philosophy and university teaching.The inner relationship between research technology and modern university teaching must first clarify technology.From the perspective of technological philosophy,technology has two major characteristics: One is the non-tool nature of technology.Technology is often presented in the world as a tool,but technology has a non-tool nature.First,technology is how the world is constructed.Technology participates in and constructs today’s world in the form of a “frame”.It not only changes people’s views on the natural
