Objective: International wrestling is widely popular over the world and it is an official event of the modern Olympic Games.In all previous rule revisions,Side-rolling technology has always been the main scoring means of International Wrestling.However,because there is no special force measuring instrument for Side-rolling technology to measure the special strength of International Wrestling Side-rolling technology,the research on the kinetics characteristics of this technology is insufficient,which has seriously restricted the specialized level of Side-rolling technology strength training.International Wrestling Side-rolling technology has the characteristics of rotating force and static force.How to develop force measuring instruments that can meet the force characteristics of Side-rolling technology,and on this basis,revealing the muscle exertion characteristics of Side-rolling technology is the key factor to improve the scientific level of special strength training of International Wrestling projects.Therefore,this study is to develop the special strength measurement equipment of International Wrestling Side-rolling technology in line with the characteristics of rotating force and static force of Side-rolling technology,so as to provide scientific and technological guarantee for the dynamic test of Siderolling technology,and then reveal the muscle exertion characteristics of Side-rolling technology through multi machine synchronous test,so as to provide reference for the special strength training of International Wrestling Side-rolling technology.Method: The research is divided into two parts,which is logically progressive.The results of the former part are the basis of the latter part.Part 1,Development and test of special strength measuring instrument for International Wrestling Side-rolling technology.Firstly,the International Wrestling Side-rolling force measuring system was independently developed.The static torque sensor was installed on the dummy’s transmission shaft to meet the needs of rotating force of Side-rolling technology.The rotating speed of the dummy was constantly controlled at 30 ° / s by means of servo motor and reduction gear to meet the needs of static force.The supporting software that can record and derive angle(time)-torque curve was compiled to show the dynamic change of rotating force of Side-rolling technology.Then,the International Wrestling Side-rolling force measuring system was used to carry out the repeated test of the special strength of International Wrestling Side-rolling technology for 4International Wrestling elite athletes to test their repetition reliability.Part 2,multi machine synchronous tests of dynamics,kinematics and surface electromyography were carried out for 19 elite wrestlers to reveal the muscle exertion characteristics of Side-rolling technology.Results: 1)The International Wrestling Side-rolling force measuring system can measure the force,rotation angle and time of Side-rolling technology at the rotation speed of 30°/s.The inner static torque sensor model range 3000N·m,linear accuracy: ±0.1% F.S,repeatability accuracy: ±0.3%F.S.The single measurement error range is ± 3N·m,and the repeated measurement error range is ± 9N·m.2)The repeated test reliability of the International Wrestling Siderolling force measuring system was 0.824-0.969,and the repeated test error was 5.07-9.31N·m.3)The regression model was established as Y(Side-rolling peak torque)= 48.178 + 0.644 * X1(trunk left rotation torque)+ 0.399 * X2(knee extension torque).The peak torque of Siderolling technology measured by International Wrestling Side-rolling force measuring system was significantly correlated with trunk left rotation and knee extension muscle strength.4)The appearance-angle and end-angle of the peak torque of Side-rolling technology were58.42±5.27°and 66.79± 4.22°.The mean value of relative force is the highest at 63 °,reaching 3.08 ± 0.84 N·m /kg,which was 2.05± 0.56 times the body weight of the tested athletes.5)The time for the athlete’s left foot to leave the ground was 0.577 ± 0.425s(rotation angle 17.31 °),and the time for the athlete’s left foot to land is 1.926 ± 0.744 seconds(rotation angle 57.78 °),which were the start and end time of the back-step action.The back-step action would cause the athlete’s spine to rotate to the right.Conclusions: 1)The International Wrestling Side-rolling force measuring system conforms to the characteristics of rotating force and static force of Side-rolling technology,and can measure the special force of International Wrestling Side-rolling technology.2)The repeated test reliability of the International Wrestling Side-rolling force measuring system is good,and its repeatability accuracy can be controlled in the range of ± 9N·m.3)The peak torque position of Side-rolling technology is range from 58.42±5.27°to 66.79±4.22°,at the end of the right leg kicking and stretching stage.In this position,left rotation of trunk,extension of knee joint and abduction of hip joint are the power sources leading the rotation of Side-rolling technology.4)The peak strength of the tested athletes was 2.05 ±0.56 times of their own weight.The results of relevant studies at home and abroad underestimated the actual force level of Side-rolling technology.Suggestions: 1)Take Side-rolling technology diagnosis based on dynamic test as the basic premise for formulating special strength training scheme.2)Take the difference of joint function based on different stages as a necessary consideration for formulating special strength training scheme.3)Take the force characteristics under the peak torque position of Side-rolling technology as the main content for formulating special strength training scheme. |
