This is a practical problem which both the theoretical and practical workers of ideological and political education are facing.Whether it can meet the needs of the development of The Times and answer this question from the combination of theory and practice has become the key issue that should be paid attention to in the field of ideological and political education.This is because the report to the 19 th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China put forward the basic strategy for building socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.It clearly states that the Party’s educational policy should be fully implemented,the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity should be fulfilled,and new people should be trained to shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.Comrade Xi Jinping has pointed out that,"The root of educating people lies in upholding morality.We should take upholding morality and educating people as the central link,and run ideological and political education through the whole process of education and teaching." He further pointed out that,"The adolescent stage is the’jointing and booting stage’ of life,which most needs careful guidance and cultivation." "Young people should combine correct moral cognition,conscious moral cultivation and positive moral practice closely,so as to continuously cultivate their morality and lay a solid moral foundation."It is the important mission of ideological and political education theorists in the new era to explore the objective law of cultivating college students’ moral competence.From the perspective of contemporary academic circles and the comparison between Chinese and Western cultures,this study summarizes the current research status of moral competence,moral competence cultivation and the cultivation of young people’s moral competence.In the face of the existing research on moral competence,there are some deficiencies,such as the passivation of the explanatory power of theory to practice,and the fossilization of the purpose,function and way of formatting "steps to solve problems".Based on the reality of China and the practical problems of China’s moral education,this paper focuses on the theoretical breakthroughs of the effective ways of cultivating moral competence,so as to guide the practice of cultivating moral competence.To explore the essence of Chinese and foreign thinkers about the cultivation of moral competence from the evolution logic of history.According to the pre-Qin,Qin,Han,Sui,Tang,Song,Ming and Qing dynasties,this paper explores the viewpoints of ancient Chinese thinkers on the cultivation of moral competence.Three main schools of western rationalist ethics,emotionalist ethics and evolutionary ethics are taken as the starting point to draw theoretical basis.To establish the scientific system of the research,the conception and criterion of the research are proved.This paper analyzes the logic of moral competence generation,and puts forward the concept of college students’ moral competence,which refers to the ability of college students to distinguish right from wrong and make reasonable judgments of value and put them into action when facing moral problems based on the mutual relationship between moral consciousness existing in human brain and moral emotion of the subject as well as external environment.Under the background of the new era,educators should follow the law of the occurrence and development of college students’ moral competence according to the needs of certain society and college students,and adopt appropriate methods to exert purposeful,planned and organized influence on college students.To stimulate the motivation of college students to actively participate in practical activities,through internalization and externalization,to realize the unity of social leadership and individual spiritual world construction logic,and to achieve the purpose of improving the moral competence of college students in the systematic educational practice process.It explains the function of cultivating moral competence and innovatively constructs the goal of cultivating moral competence.From the fundamental goal and specific objectives in the design of the layered formation of cultivating target content,to improve the moral quality of college students,to promote college students’ free comprehensive development,and training for national rejuvenation of his new era for the fundamental goal of the cognition,emotion and behavior three aspects to establish moral competence cultivation in the field of specific objectives.The cultivation goal of moral competence is a complex from low to high,from simple to complex,which presents a development process from lawless stage,obedience stage,recognition stage to internalization stage,and shows a development law from low to high level under the cultivation effect.After mastering the theoretical basis of the origin,connotation,goal and function of the cultivation of moral competence along the basic course established by the study,the present situation of moral competence of Chinese college students is further studied to identify the problems existing in the cultivation of moral competence.A survey of2,885 college students was conducted with the tool of "Moral competence Test".The average C score of moral competence was 19.97,80% of which were at the low level(1-29 points).The results showed that the overall level of moral competence of college students was low.The static analysis based on empirical research is combined with the dynamic investigation of observing the moral activities of college students,and interviews,symposiums and other ways are adopted to combine the daily life of college students.It is found that the cultivation of college students’ moral competence has a good foundation,which is reflected in the recognition of the importance of the cultivation of college students’ moral competence."Main channel" and "main front" play an obvious role in moral education.The cultivation of moral competence shows the estrangement between the cultivation content and the actual life;The cultivation situation is too monotonous;The cultivation method is too single;The chain of cultured tissue was broken.The self-centeredness tendency of cultivating object is obvious.Tend to overestimate their own moral level;There is a certain degree of estrangement between moral behavior and moral code.Identify its internal source is mainly restricted by external environmental impact;The effect of cultivation practice on the effectiveness and the lack of motivation of college students in self-cultivation.Through theoretical and empirical research,the objective law and existing problems of moral competence cultivation are clarified.Then how to realize the function of moral competence cultivation in practical operation? The research focuses on exploring the strategies,methods and carriers to achieve the goal of cultivating the moral competence of college students,and explores the practical effects of the cultivation path as the object of value in the educational practice.The development of college students’ moral competence has both initiative and passivity.On the one hand,it is affected by the occurrence and development of individual’s internal morality.On the other hand,it is influenced by external influences;The two are necessarily related and different.Therefore,the exploration of the cultivation path of moral competence mainly starts from the perspective of internal cultivation,college course teaching,college practice carrier and so on.From the perspective of internal cultivation,this paper analyzes the self-education strategies of college students’ moral competence.Self education play an important role on the individual moral competence of internal development,performance in promoting college students to form the objective of moral self assessment,rely on education to realize its subjectivity,offer subject to overtake the possibility of self education is our country traditional culture the main methods to improve the quality of individual moral,help to internalize moral knowledge.The author innovatively puts forward the internal shaping strategy of college students’ moral competence,including self-evaluation and examining the development status of moral competence.Self-reflection,improve individual moral cultivation;Set an example and motivate yourself.Provide self-evaluation table,introspection method,value clarification method and other specific operational methods,to exert moral influence activities for the purpose of self,internalize those external to their own moral values,and make them become the basic elements of their own character and personality.From the perspective of curriculum teaching,this paper probes into the cultivation mode of college students’ moral competence in "ideological and political course" and "ideological and political course" teaching.Clear teaching effect on college students’ moral competence cultivation,in order to "thought morals tutelage and legal foundation" course as an example to implement the cultivating model experiment,it puts forward the model of "moral dilemma discussion teaching method,through the evaluation means,teaching main body,teachers ability,learning style of investigation found that" moral dilemma discussion "mode can effectively promote college students’ moral competence of ascension.Then it extends the analysis of the teaching mode of cultivating "curriculum thought and politics" of moral competence,and puts forward the general principles of integrating teachers of different roles,connecting curriculum knowledge of different disciplines,and combining different fields.From the perspective of practical carrier,this paper analyzes the integration of the cultivation of college students’ moral competence with college activities,culture and organization.Based on the consideration of the value of moral competence cultivation in social practice activities,a program of moral competence cultivation in college students’ associations,voluntary service activities and labor production activities is designed,and the importance of role commitment and guidance feedback in such cultivation process is reflected.This paper analyzes the campus network culture and the cultivation resources of moral competence in the campus culture platform,and puts forward the idea of enhancing the influence of core values by relying on the campus network culture form,creating the campus network moral atmosphere,and relying on the campus network communication matrix.To find out the possibility of combining moral competence with the system of "three whole education",the author innovatively constructed the "three dimensions and three stages integrated" model of moral competence with the theoretical connotation of "synergies",and realized the purpose of cultivating moral competence in the system of "all-staff","all-direction" and "whole process".The research focuses on practical problems closely,explores,analyzes and solves the problem of cultivating moral competence from practice,and realizes the essence of cultivating moral competence from practice,so as to return to the effective chain of "practice-cognition-Practice-re-cognition" guided by Marxist epistemology.It adopts the method of combining theoretical speculation with empirical research,pays attention to the unification of history and logic,theory and reality,reference and absorption,etc.It provides theoretical and practical basis for cultivating the "new man of The Times" and serves the fundamental educational task of "cultivating people with moral integrity". |
