Since the 18th CPC National Congress,China has intensified its efforts to promote health-building activities,sports industry and the Big Three,namely,the three major ball games of football,basketball and volleyball.In this context,the promotion of indoor volleyball(hereinafter referred to as volleyball)becomes quite urgent,and the problem during this process has impeded the development of volleyball in China.The following conclusions are drawn by using the method of literature,experience summary and Delphy.(1)The promotion of volleyball is of great significance and value to China’s implementation of the national fitness program,the development of sports industry,the implementation of the spirit of women volleyball team,and the improvement of volleyball competitive level.China should take the initiative to further enhance the promotion of volleyball.(2)Analyzes the existing literature on the promotion of sports and volleyball on the basis of literature data,as well as studies the successful experience of NBA and yoga promotion based on empirical methods.Some common points of the sports promotion system are preliminarily obtained.(3)The dissertation lists the factors of sports promotion(including 9 primary indicators and 42 secondary indicators),and using the basic theory of behavior generation mechanism and communication theory,constructing framework model of sports promotion system operation mechanism.(4)There are some problems in the promotion of volleyball in China:The promotion of volleyball market-oriented operation is not ideal in China,promote innovat ion less,promote the pilot,demonstration and incentive function did not give full play to promote the organization lacks division of labor and vitality,management system and industrial chain,value chain and ecological chain is not perfect,social training and school education effect Not significant,CVL information services and systems are not perfect,charity activities are not ideal.(5)The main countermeasures for the promotion of Volleyball in China are as follows:Strengthen the market-based promotion under the government’s macro-control,strengthen the all-round promotion and innovation of various organizations,give full attention to all forms of demonstration and incentive,and give full play to the star demonstration effect.Promote the reform of social organizations,restore and improve the functions of China’ s Association for Volleyball,strengthen the cooperation of relevant departments,and promote the construction of mass volleyball theoretical research and propaganda organizations.Build an industrial chain,ecological chain and value chain focusing on CVL and operating as a center and improve the quality of collection,processing,storage,dissemination and service of promotional information and give full play to the important role of system in promoting.Competition rules as the focus of the referee,to strengthen government agencies and market-oriented means of training for fans.Strengthen the promotion of nonprofit organizations to promote the profitability of CVL charitable activities.
