Practical Research On Xi Jinping’s Important Discourse On The Growth And Success Of Youth In The Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

With the opportunities and challenges of the times,Chinese youth in the new era bear the important mission of national construction and national rejuvenation.They should be unswerving,firm in their beliefs,maintain their enterprising spirit and concentration,and strive for the realization of Chinese dream and marching towards the goal of "Two Hundred Years",and they should understand and grasp the theme,trend and mission of the youth movement of the times.At any era,the CPC has attached great importance to youth work,and the whole Party has made youth work a strategic and political task,strengthened the Party’s political leadership of youth work,and intensified research on the regularities of youth groups.General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of discourses on the growth and development of youth from the perspective of historical development and realistic practice,which are rich in connotation and systematic and comprehensive,and are not only the inheritance and development of the Party’s concept of youth development in the new era,but also the directional guidance for the cultivation of young talents in the new era.As a highland for training innovative talents,colleges and universities should always take it as their mission to provide the Party and the country with builders and inheritors who are both virtuous and talented and capable of carrying out important tasks,and they should take Xi Jinping’s discourses on the growth and development of youth as the theoretical basis and practical guideline,and integrate the cultivation goals,cultivation paths,and specific instructions for youth work into the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities.This paper takes the logic and content of Xi Jinping’s important discourses on the growth and development of youth as an entry point,and expounds the logic of theory generation from three angles: theoretical root,practical basis and practical foundation;and expounds the main content of this important exposition from four aspects: the status of youth in the era,the cultivation goal of youth,the path of growth and development of youth and the method of youth work.This important exposition not only theoretically reveals that ideological and political education in colleges and universities must follow the objective regularity of the growth and development of youth,but also expounds the guidance of this theory on the work of cultivating morality and cultivating talents from the perspective of the needs of the times.The systematic analysis of theoretical content and application value can make college ideological workers better understand the theoretical and practical application value of the important exposition to the work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and use the exposition as a yardstick to benchmark the ideological characteristics of contemporary college students and the complacent of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,so as to find the direction of the development and innovation of ideological and political education in universities in the new era.Through the research method and comparative analysis method,we analyze the current ideological characteristics of college student groups,the current situation of the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,as well as the development trend.Finally,through systematic analysis and cross-disciplinary method,we will further find ways to solve the problems,so that Xi Jinping’s discourses on the growth and development of youth can be integrated into every link and every level of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,with the conceptual change of top-level design,the construction of synergistic mechanism among educational subjects,the innovative mode of stimulating the internal driving force of the educational object,and the epochal derivation of the educational medium and the internal development of the educational ring,so as to ensure that the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era is comprehensively improved from the macro,medium and micro viewpoints,and effectively plays the role of the lifeline of talent cultivation.
