| Development is a constant theme of human society.Thinking about how to achieve development and what kind of development has been going on throughout the history of human society.Especially in recent times, with the rapid increase in productivity of human society, various development problems brought by unreasonable development models have become increasingly prominent, and countries around the world have begun to think more carefully about their development models and development concepts. In China, the 18 th Party Congress proposed five new development concepts of innovative, coordinated, green, open and inclusive development based on the challenges facing China’s development,in order to promote China’s development in a good and fast way.As the last of the five development concepts,"inclusive developmen" focuses on the distribution of the fruits of development and is committed to achieving social justice, which is the anchor point of China’s development and one of the concepts that must be followed in China’s current development. However, inclusive development is not a theory unique to the Communist Party of China.Inclusive development in this paper refers to the development ideology formed in the process of human social development, which revolves around development for the people, development relying on the people, and the fruits of development being shared by the people. The core content is that development should be people-centred and committed to solving the problem of fairness and justice in the enjoyment of the fruits of development, and has the basic characteristics of scientificity, peoplehood, fairness and justice, universality and development. The idea of inclusive development is reflected to varying degrees in the cultures of all stages of human development. All of Marx’s doctrines were constructed from "human",and he not only discussed the key role of human in the process of social development, but also envisaged a fair and just communist society in which everyone could enjoy the fruits of development. In recent times, many concepts similar to inclusive development have emerged, such as the concept of "inclusive" development, shared economy, shared development outcomes, common wealth, etc. These concepts are related to inclusive development but are not the same as inclusive development. It is necessary to make a good distinction in order to accurately grasp the connotation of inclusive development, and to lay the foundation for better sorting and studying Marx’s thought of inclusive development.Marx’s thought of inclusive development is first of all concentrated in Marx’s anthropological theory.Inclusive development is people-centred development, emphasising that development should rely on the people and be for the people. In Marx’s anthropological theory, the theory of the nature of man indicates that man is the main subject of development, and that development depends on people’s joint participation in the process of development;the theory of man’s needs indicates that man’s needs are the driving force of development, and that man’s needs for survival, enjoyment and development drive the development of the productive forces, while the development of the productive forces creates new needs for man;the theory of comprehensive human development indicates that man is the ultimate purpose of development, and that development ultimately returns to the people. The theory of comprehensive human development,on the other hand, points out that man is the ultimate purpose of development, and that development ultimately returns to man,in order to promote his own development.Marx’s anthropological theory indicates that development should be people-centred,and people-centredness is the core essence of Marx’s thought of inclusive development, and an important embodiment of Marx’s thought of inclusive development.Marx’s thought of inclusived development is also concentrated in Marx’s thought of fairness and justice, which was formed along with the formation of Marx’s thought of fairness and justice.Inclusive development is a development idea formed by Marx in response to the unfairness and injustice of capitalist social development, and is committed to solving the problems of fairness and justice in society, and fairness and justice are the value core of Marx’s inclusive development.Marx’s early thoughts on legal and political fairness and justice during the period of the Rheinische Zeitung and the German-French Yearbook embodied the initial search for fairness and justice in Marx’s thought on inclusive development.Marx’s profound critique of the false fairness and justice of capitalist society from the level of political economy, exposing the nature of capitalist exploitation, embodies the realistic examination of fairness and justice in Marx’s thought on inclusive development.Marx described the characteristics of fairness and justice in a communist society from the level of scientific socialism, reflecting the ideal conception of fairness and justice in Marx’s thought on inclusive development.Fairness and justice are the value core of Marx’s thought on inclusive development and another important element of Marx’s thought on inclusive development.Marx also scattered his discussion of the conditions for achieving inclusive development in his various theories of thought.Marx believed that sufficient material wealth in society was the material prerequisite for the realisation of inclusive development, for which he proposed to make full use of the development gains already achieved by previous societies, while changing the mode of development to continue to vigorously develop the productive forces.Secondly, the realisation of inclusive development requires a scientific system to guarantee it.Under a capitalist private system,it is impossible to realise genuine inclusive development. At this stage, politically, the dictatorship of the proletariat must be established through the seizure of power by the proletarian revolution to complete the political prerequisites for the realisation of inclusive development.Once again, the realisation of inclusive development must ensure the active participation of the masses in the practice of development. It is necessary to guarantee the development of the population, improve the quality and ability of the people’s labour through education and training, and give full play to the subjectivity and creativity of the people. Finally, attention must also be paid to the fact that the realisation of inclusive development does not happen overnight;it has a gradual process of development, and the setbacks and challenges encountered in the process of inclusive development must be treated correctly. The study of Marx’s thought on inclusive development lies in the fact that Marx’s thought on inclusive development has important significance and value. In terms of its theoretical significance,Marx’s thought of inclusive development criticises those views of development that blindly pursue numerical economic growth at the expense of political, cultural, social and ecological development, transcends the material-based one-sided development thought of his contemporaries, pulls the centre and focus of development back on people, and focuses on solving the problems of fairness and justice in social development, which is an important and scientific development thought in human history. From the perspective of contemporary practice,Marx’s thought of inclusive development is an important theoretical reference and guide for contemporary China in implementing the concept of "inclusive" development, for countries around the world in solving the problem of polarization between the rich and the poor, and for all of humanity in building a community of destiny.Marx’s though of inclusive development is one of the important elements of Marx’s thought. The study of Marx’s though of inclusive development is also conducive to a better understanding of Marx’s thought, and at the same time Marx’s though of inclusive development is also extremely realistic and oriented, and is an though of development that cannot be ignored by all countries in the world at present. |
