Research On The Building Of A Human Community With A Shared Future From The Critical Perspective Of Capital Logic

Capital logic is the core perspective to explore the world order.There is a profound dialectical relationship between a community with a shared future for mankind and capital logic.As a historical premise of a community with a shared future for mankind,the globalization of capital logic involves certain inherent difficulties and negative effects,which are the basis for appealing to a community with a shared future for mankind.Since it was proposed,the community of shared future for mankind has shifted from a concept to practice,the idea of which has matured and grown richer.Substantial progress has been made in building partnerships,the "Belt and Road Initiative" and the "Five-sphere integrated plan"global governance.However,in the building process,the idea of a community with a shared future for mankind has gone from original intentional neglect to explicit resistance to ideological opposition by Western countries.That is to say,the construction of regional community is constantly being differentiated,the "Belt and Road Initiative" is under the strategic stranglehold,and the multi-dimensional construction of "Five-sphere integrated plan"is also facing challenges.In the context of globalization,where the sovereign state remains the political unit of international communication,the numerous obstructions of the capitalist countries to the socialist countries and the developed countries to the developing countries are all in the theoretical analysis.However,the "capital logic" behind state act is the chief promoter of the challenges for the community with a shared future for mankind.The alienation inherent in capital logic differentiates the fate with interpersonal,human and nature,as well as human and society;the "center-periphery" world system shaped by the global arrangement of capital logic does not allow for another world order at the beginning;At present,financial capital,that shares time and space with the idea of the community with a shared future for mankind,controls the logic of state to manipulate the capital logic,and to strongly defend the old world order by various means.Faced to the capital logic,if we adhere to the mentality which is "two-system confrontation" and "zero-sum game",we will fall into the "Thucydides trap";if we honor the law of the jungle,the reconstruction of the world order would have returned to the pattern of modern political philosophy,i.e.political utopia;If we blindly deny and disintegrate the capital logic,the practice of building a community with a shared future for mankind will only lead to historical nihilism.Therefore,we should build the community with a shared future for mankind focus on the past and the future rather than be confused by one thing or another,we should build the community with a shared future for mankind shifted from political philosophy to economics,which rely on the historical transcendence of capital logic based on the historical materialism.so that the capital is considered as a destructive&constructive force and we survey the capital logic dialectically.Taking Marx’s capital logic theory as the analytical framework,we examine the differentiation of the capital logic to human destiny diachronically,and as the same time we should criticize the capital logic in transmutation synchronically and have an insight to the nature of capital logic and the law of internal self-sublation deeply under grasping the most critical approach of logic of financial capital.we must explore the due meanings of historical materialism of capital logic.Through the criticism,we can illuminate the light of dialectical wisdom that controls and surpasses capital logic,so as to lighten the path of building a community with a shared future.For mankindBased on the above ideas,t this paper consists in five parts,according to the logic line of"basic theory——realistic situation——attribution analysis——historical transcendence——constructing approach".In the discussion on the basic theory of capital logic,this paper is based on the capital logic and critical theory in Marx’s vision.Firstly,this paper focuses on the formation approach of capital logic from“Things" to "economic power",based on the essential properties of capital.It points out that the logic of capital multiplication and the logic of power are the core contents of capital logic and the basis for capital logic to dominate the world order.As an important dimension of the global expansion of capital,capital accumulation embodies the core characteristics of current financial capital.Secondly,this part expounds Marx’s criticism of capital logic,namely dialectical sublation.Marx affirmed the positive role of that capital logic as a mode of production in promoting the social productive forces,modern social civilization and world history.At the same time,it criticizes the paradox of ecology,the paradox of production&development,and the paradox of the nation-state&world history disaster,caused by the inherent restriction of capital logic.It points out that capital logic will be sublated by human society and replaced by communism——a new form of human association,which is more conducive to human development and liberation.In the discussion on the reality of Building a community with a shared future for mankind,this paper points out that the idea is constantly more enriched and mature,and the practice has made substantial progress.It objectively describes that in the context of capital logic,there are various challenges,including the escalation of the identity dilemma from the Western countries,the blocks of the multidimensional construction of "five-sphere integrated plan "and regional community,the strategic containment to the Belt and Road construction from the developed countries led by the US,and the adverse factors of changes unseen in a century combined with COVID-19.Through the analysis and criticism,we can say these challenges appear to be the root at the national level,such as the realism of "state hegemony"and the stubborn narrow national centralism.Instead,it is the capital logic and social system that hidden behind all appearances are the meta-root in essence.In the analysis of challenge attribution,there are two sorts of reasons.On the one hand,it is caused by the inherent "materialization" nature of capital logic,which is manifested as the differentiation and dispersion of capital logic to the whole fate of human beings;on the other hand,it is based on the property of capital as "social relations of production",which is manifested in the hegemonic rule of capital logic to the world order,especially the control and influence of financial capital to the world currently.Financial capital absorbs all forms of capital,strengthens the logic of multiplication and expansion of capital logic,and forms the logic of monopoly through capital accumulation,promotes the global operation of capital logic strongly,affects the world political and economic pattern profoundly,and brings great challenges to the great project of building a community with a shared future for mankind.In the discussion of the transcendence,"profound changes unseen in a century" is the Time basis for the transcendence.The practice of controlling and surpassing the capital in modern China provides an empirical basis for the transcendence.Returning to Marx’s initial prediction of capital logic,this paper expounds the confirmation lines of the transcendence:the boundary of capital operation operation confirms the scientific position of the community with a shared future for mankind;the basic contradiction of capitalism confirms the inevitability of changing global productive forces and relations of production;the crisis of financial capital accumulation confirms that the space for globalization is reshaped;the falsity of the international capital community confirms that real interests are the fulcrum of the a community with a shared future for mankind.These confirmations make the train of thought even clearer,and have materialistic historical meaning in overcoming the dilemma of the construction.In the discussion on the Chinese approach,the construction path of a community with a shared future for mankind is based on historical materialism First of all,it advocates to realize the transformation of capital logic to humanistic logic,and to return to "realistic man","realistic nation-state" and "realistic common value".In accordance with the real needs of individuals in the Community,we should take care of their living conditions,bear in mind the well-being of mankind,and respect the right of the independence and equality for each nation-state.Secondly,it advocates the utilization and control of the capital logic of capital to build a human community with universal development of productive forces and with sound international exchanges.This community sublates the logic of financial capital internally.Due to the advanced idea of human community with a shared future,it leads to the return of the real economy and a new concept of global capital competition,changes the global governance of capital logic,promotes the harmony and communication of the world,reshapes the world’s new communication pattern,and builds a new relationship.All of these above reflect its guiding role,from which we expect to get out of the dilemma.So that we will achieve the overall goal of building a community with a shared future for mankind from an ideal blueprint to realistic plan.
