| The new era is an era in which the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics will continue to be won under new historical conditions,an era in which the people of all ethnic groups in the country will unite and struggle to gradually achieve common prosperity,and an era in which all the sons and daughters of China will work together to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the new era,through the unremitting efforts of the people of all ethnic groups,the southwestern ethnic regions of China have completed the task of poverty alleviation and built a moderately prosperous society as scheduled.After the establishment of a moderately prosperous society,it is very important for the southwest ethnic regions of China to embark on a new journey with a fighting attitude,focusing on this,this paper conducts research on the cultivation of the fighting spirit of young people in the southwest ethnic areas of China.This paper comprehensively draws on the knowledge of philosophy,sociology,psychology,history,anthropology,ethics and other disciplines,and uses the literature research method to consult a large number of literature,so as to improve the correctness,scientificity and systematization of this study.Using the historical research method,it sorted out the classic writers of Marxism,the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the concept of struggle of the Chinese Communists of previous generations,so as to take history as the basis and learn from history;The use of social survey methods,questionnaire surveys,field visits and other methods laid the foundation for the development of detailed empirical research.The comparative research method was used to carry out the horizontal comparative analysis of the same period,mainly in the five provinces and municipalities of southwest China,supplemented by all parts of the country,and the longitudinal comparative analysis of different historical periods in the five provinces and municipalities of southwest China.This study is helpful to construct a theoretical system for the cultivation of the fighting spirit of youth in southwest ethnic areas of China,and guides practice with theory.It is conducive to enriching and expanding the connotation and extension of ideological and political education;It will help cultivate young people in southwest ethnic areas of China to achieve local leapfrog development and high-quality development with an attitude of hard struggle,unity and unremitting struggle,and achieve common prosperity together with the people of all ethnic groups in the country.Through the study,it is found that although the cultivation of the fighting spirit of young people in the ethnic minority areas of southwest China(Tibet Autonomous Region,Sichuan Province,Yunnan Province,Chongqing Municipality,Guizhou Province autonomous prefectures,autonomous counties and ecological protection development zones,etc.)has achieved certain results,there are still problems such as weak ideals and beliefs,lack of "constant" will to struggle,lack of deep feelings for struggle,lack of"bitter" struggle endurance,scattered fighting attitude,lack of "creating" struggle practice,weak fighting atmosphere,and lack of "excellent" fighting atmosphere.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the four necessity and four feasibility,it is suggested to cultivate ideals and beliefs and clarify the correct direction for the cultivation of young people’s fighting spirit;Integrate content resources to lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of young people’s fighting spirit;Optimize the practical links and improve the practical effect of the cultivation of the spirit of struggle among young people;Build a collaborative system to form a strong synergy for the cultivation of the spirit of youth struggle;Innovate carrier forms to enrich the ways and methods of cultivating the spirit of struggle among young people;Strengthen the top-level design,establish a long-term mechanism for cultivating the spirit of struggle of young people,and other six aspects,and comprehensively cultivate the spirit of struggle of young people in southwest ethnic areas of China. |
