Study On The Generate Dimensions Of The Theory Of The CPC’s Clean Government Construction In The New Era

This article takes General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on building a clean and cleangovernment and anti-corruption struggle as the guiding ideology,and takes the generate dimensions of the theory of CPC’s clean government construction in the new era as the research object.Based on Marxism theory and foreign clean government construction theory,Chinese traditional culture,historical anti-corruption system,the practical experience of the CPC’s anti-corruption construction,to explore its supporting role in the formation of the CPC’s theory of clean government construction under the background of the new era,this paper finds out the reasonable elements that can be used for reference,and provides effective strategies for improving the anti-corruption effect in combination with the actual situation of the current anti-corruption work.this paper put forward provide effective strategies of enhancing the effect of anti-corruption.The existing anti-corruption research results at home and abroad,basically covers the anti-corruption struggle and the construction of a clean government of multiple dimensions,such as anti-corruption measures,the root of corruption,the path of clean government construction.However,the existing research also has many shortcomings.For example,when revealing the cultural causes of corruption,it is only an overall explanation without detailed analysis of the specific causes.For example,understanding is not sufficiently thorough,or there is a misunderstanding of understanding.For another example,western developed countries rarely explore the corruption in their own countries from the perspective of culture.On the whole,the existing research has not systematically sorted out the generation mechanism and resource support of the theory of clean government construction of the Communist Party of China in the new era,and failed to deeply analyze the generation soil,derivative context and good experience of the theory of clean government construction,which is difficult to meet the realistic needs of promoting the high-quality construction and development of the theory of clean government of the Communist Party of China.Based on this,this paper discusses the theoretical dimension of the construction of a clean government of the CPC in the new era from four aspects: the dimension of the theoretical resources,the dimension of Chinese ancient traditional culture,the dimension of the historical experience of anti-corruption system,and the dimension of the practical experience of the construction of a clean government of the Communist Party of China in the past century.From the perspective of the theoretical resources,it includes Marxist theory of people’s sovereignty,Marxist theory of building a clean government,Marxist classic writer’s anti-corruption theory and so on,it also includes foreign theories of people’s sovereignty,power restriction and accountability.The mechanism of Marxist power restriction and supervision plays an important role in perfecting the mechanism of power supervision and strengthening the supervision of national democracy and rule of law.The traditional cultural dimension includes the thought of employing people,the political thought of being a saint inside and a king outside,and the culture of clean government in ancient China.China’s traditional culture is a traditional philosophical system that revolves around Confucian political ethics and moral philosophy and includes other philosophical thoughts as a whole.The ancient thought of clean government alleviated the conflicts between classes to a certain extent and laid a solid foundation for the development of economy,but it aimed to safeguard the interests of the feudal ruling class and the stability of the regime,and had certain limitations.From the perspective of historical experience,the anti-corruption systems in Chinese history,such as the admonition system,the supervision system and the inspection system,have important practical value for the construction of the Party style and clean government system in the new era.The party’s clean government construction should focus on the system first,further improve the national legal system and the inner-party legal system in anti-corruption,so as to make the legal system run rigidly In the new era.the practical experience dimension of the CPC’s theory of building an cleangovernment in the new era is based on the building of an cleangovernment in the period of the new democratic revolution,socialist revolution and construction,reform and opening up and socialist modernization,after practical transformation,these excellent experiences can be organically integrated into the theoretical and practical development of the CPC’s clean government construction in the new era.All in all,the theory of building a clean and cleangovernment of the Communist Party of China in the new era has important value of the times and is an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is also the key to realizing the great historical rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Enrich and develop the theory of the CPC on clean government construction in the new era to continuously promote the practice of clean government construction,It is the internal requirement of the Party’s in-depth self revolution,the advantage of the Party’s leadership in governing the country,and also the concentrated embodiment of the attribute of Marxist political party.Combined with the generation directions of the theory of CPC’s clean government construction,to strengthen the construction of the cleangovernment in the new era,it is necessary to critically inherit the experience of the culture and system of the cleangovernment in Chinese history,and from the perspective of combining with the foreign theory of clean government construction,from the perspective of combining the construction of the ruling
