Who supervises the supervisor? After the reform of the national supervisory system,the National Supervisory Commission,as a specialized organ to carry out national supervision according to law,performs its supervisory function in the process of exercising public power.As an independent constitutional power,national supervisory power also embodies the general law and common logic of the operation of public power.Therefore,the operation of national supervisory power itself also needs to be supervised.According to the Supervision Law of the People’s Republic of China,the National Supervisory Commission has the duty to supervise,investigate and dispose of all public officials who exercise public power.The national supervisory power is independent and mandatory.Independent and powerful power should be closely combined with a perfect and effective power supervision system in order to ensure that the National Supervisory Commission has sufficient power to complete the task of anti-corruption and construction starts from the power supervision mechanism formed and dominated by the pluralistic power supervision subjects and discusses the construction of the power supervision system and its realization path.The system construction of supervising national supervision power is based on the power supervision relationship between multiple supervision subjects and the national supervisory committee and has formed collectively by the overall leadership of the party and supervision mechanism,the internal supervision mechanism of supervisory organs,supervision mechanism of National People’s Congress,the judicial supervision mechanism and the social supervision mechanism,which constitute diverse,stereoscopic and coordinated power supervision system.In the process of the construction of the system of supervising national supervision power,we should follow the construction direction of regulating the clean exercise of the national supervisory power,the construction principle of the unity of system integration and coordination and efficiency and base on the construction of the standardized,legalized and normalized supervision laws and regulation so as to grasp the basic logic of the construction of the power supervision system.Various power supervision subjects in the diverse,stereoscopic and coordinated power supervision system form different dimensions of the supervising
