Theoretical And Practice Research On Ecological Ethics Cultivation Of The Citizen

After the Industrial Revolution,mankind entered the era of large machines,with accumulated material wealth,improved life quality,and enriched spiritual and cultural life.Meanwhile,the ecological environment has been unprecedentedly developed and destroyed due to the large demand for natural resources in industrial production and the infinite pursuit of profits under the capitalist system.After 1960 s,there have been frequent crisis all over the world,which has sounded the alarm for unscientific and unreasonable development behaviors of human beings.It has also expanded the question of how to survive and develop from the field of social philosophy to politics,economy,culture,ecology and other aspects.The harsh reality of ecological environment has caused people to rethink the relationship between man and nature and put forward ecological ethics.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China raised ecological civilization construction to an unprecedented height and proposed a national strategy of ecological civilization construction.The 19 th National Congress proposed to "speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China" and "to treat the ecological environment like life." The construction of ecological civilization still has a long way to go,the focus and difficulty of which is citizens’ ecological morality.Ecological morality is man’s responsibility,a value and judgment of the harmonious and symbiotic relationship between man and nature.The nature of the relationship is political,that is,human and nature are mutually subjects and receptors,and mutual limits and boundaries of each other:When a person ignores the rights of nature and the boundary of his own behaviors,the harmonious relationship between man and nature will be broken,and an ecological crisis will appear;Only when man respects the right of nature and the boundary of his own behaviors will the harmony be rebuilt.Man holds both natural and social characteristics.Morality of a man can reflect the value and meaning of his existence in a society.The non-ecological lifestyles and behaviors of citizens have increasingly damaged the ecological environment.To solve the ecological and environmental crisis,we must restrain citizens’ non-ecological behaviors,and cultivate their moral initiative.The purpose of citizen’s ecological moral education is to cultivate.Therefore,how to cultivate citizens’ ecological ethics in a complex environment have become an important theoretical and practical topic in the new era.Citizens’ ecological ethics is an intrinsic requirement to ecological civilization construction and citizens’ ecological ethics.It is an implement of green development and the ecological environment.Cultivation of citizens’ ecological morality is an intricate system project which is an extremely long and complicated process.It requires the internal consciousness of citizens’ ecological morality,which is manifested as moral self-discipline;and it need to be guided and disciplined by external forces.Cultivation of citizens’ ecological morality requires both internalization mechanisms,and externalization mechanisms.By focusing on the creation of external conditions such as media use and social environment,through the integration of internalization mechanisms and externalization mechanisms.Only through a coordinated approach can it be more comprehensively developed,and the citizens’ ecological moral consciousness can be continuously strengthened.Through the organic unity of the ecological morals’ informed intentions and actions,the internal transformation of ecological heteronomy into self-discipline,the citizen’s ecological morals will be formed.Cultivation of citizens’ ecological ethics requires joint efforts of all aspects: the moral self-discipline of individual citizens,the good ecological environment provided by the government,society,the laws and etc.Individuals and external factors restrict each other and jointly promote the formation of an ecological moral atmosphere and the cultivation of citizens’ ecological morals.
