classification and standardization.To that end,in reference to Professor Li Lanfen,the study centers around the two core issues "how is rule of virtue possible in contemporary China" and "how effective of rule of virtue in contemporary China" and construct contemporary Chinese virtue "one body,two wings,and six divination",the theory of discourse system and the logical analysis based on focus of the debate is exactly how to deal with the conflict and integration of local resources and western governance theory.Facing up to all kinds of opportunities and challenges brought by this,and facing up to the foreign aid influence of western rule of law theory on Chinese governance theory are the realistic logics that urge the CPC to continuously promote the theoretical innovation.Thirdly,"situation" refers to the realistic space and time interwoven by vertical historical development and evolution and horizontal theoretical conflict and fusion.Centering on these three aspects,the final theoretical discourse of the dissertation is: the "background","environment" and "circumstances" of the formation of the theories of the rule of virtue of the CPC.This is the basic logic of the formation of the theory of the rule of morality of the CPC.On the basis of fully grasping the formation process of the CPC’s theories of rule of morality and deeply analyzing its formation logic,the dissertation also systematically summarizes the CPC’s basic experience in promoting this innovation in the past hundred years,which is always respecting the authority of "Chrisma" of Traditional Chinese culture,always centering on the stand tenet of "serving the people wholeheartedly",and always promoting the innovation of modern rule of virtue theory in the combination of "rule of morality" and "rule of law",which is the constant adherence of the CPC in the process of promoting the theoretical innovation in the past hundred years.It is the basic experience of the Communist Party of China to promote the theoretical innovation in the past hundred years.The starting point of any theoretical research must originate from the need to respond to real-life problems,and the ending point should be to solve real-life problems and then lead theoretical innovation and social development.The research on "The theories of the rule of morality of the Communist
