Study On The Internal Impetus And Realistic Construction Of Ethnic Unity In Dali

Ethnic unity is an important issue of ethnic relations.The joint efforts of all ethnic groups lead to the situation of ethnic unity,which keeps stable ethnic relations that all ethnic groups work together for the common goals and tasks.Dali,where multiple ethnics are living,has rich historical culture,various ethnic cultural resources and pretty natural scenery,and all of these resources make it enjoy a good reputation of "a historic region with rich culture".Dali is a place gathering ethnic cultural resources and where the tradition of ethnic unity has a long history.Chapter One reviews the history of Dali on how such a regional primary unity incorporated itself into China’s rule.Chapter Two summarizes the evolution of the origins of 13 ethnic groups living here since long ago,as well as the pattern of "greatly lives together,slightly live together" based on mutual demand in a common region,with villages dotted and connected.Historically and logically,the ethnic unity in Dali is an inexorable outcome of frequent exchanges and friendly relations among ethnic groups in its history.Chapter Third makes inductive analysis of the historical memories and symbolic culture of the compound pluralistic worship of their originals in the important towns,mountainous area and dam region alongside the ancient road of Tibetan tea and horse in Yunnan province.In Chapter Third,the author argues that the historical memories are lively in reality and regarded as "the lively past" effecting the ethnic groups’ memories in Dali,although they have been "a thing of the past",which makes it more clear for our cognitive of the sequence of events about the ethnic groups in Dali.Chapter Fourth and Chapter Fifth demonstrate the empirical research by adopting the community research methods of sociology and anthropology field on-the-spot investigation in combination with the related targets and requirements of the ethnic unity and the demonstration and creation of national unity and progresses in new era,while promoting China’s ethnic policies from top to bottom and bottom-up endogenous dynamic response in Dali.In this chapter,by observing a smaller community for its environment,it shows the transformation of the village social solidarity due to public policies,so as to explores the experience and basis for the impalement of demonstration and creation of national unity and progresses.The implement of ethnic unity in Dali area depends on not only the basic laws and regulations and public policies from top to bottom,but also the continuation of their common thought and religious beliefs,customs and habits under multiple social structures of different ethnic groups,as well as the effective management in ethnic affairs within the multiple public spaces of traditional village,so as to realize the exogenous impetus by public policies and the corporation based on the endogenous impetus of interdependence,mutual assistance and cooperation among village communities.To achieve this goal,the support and guidance of public policies is needed,as well as the long-term historical accumulation of ethnic relations and the coordination and consistency of the ideological beliefs and behavioral norms of different ethnic groups.The form of ethnic unity in Dali should be presented as a state,a structure,a whole and a result.This paper studies cases in economy,culture,religion and other endogenous impetus,and three "communities”,combines the micro cases from the macro perspective to the micro perspective,from the ethnic unity theory research to demonstration and creation of national unity and progresses,summarizes the model of demonstration and creation of national unity and progresses in Dali Bai Autonomous prefecture on the basis of field case study,trying to create a typical case that can be copied or referenced,contributing to China’s ethnic unity and progresses,which is interdisciplinary in research theory with suitability in research objects.The demonstration and creation of national unity and progresses is an issue to carry forward the past and open the future,and it is more of a gradual process,because its connotation has been deepened and innovated with the development of the Times during 70 years of germination,rise and all-round development."Dali Model"in ethnic unity reveals the characteristics and regularity of the formation and development of the Chinese nation,explained the inherent logic of common destiny of the Chinese nation,and reveals a truth that the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the fundamental guarantee for the unity and progress of the Chinese nation,and the socialism with Chinese characteristics is the only right way to realize the prosperity of the Chinese nation.in new era,to realize the goal of ethnic unity and progresses,we should adapt development orientation,fully implement the spirit of the19 th CPC National Congress,strengthen the leadership of Party over ethnic work,adhere to the people-oriented principle,continue mining of the mechanism of endogenous mutual aid naturally developed among all ethnic groups during the long-term communication and mutual aid.Also,the public policy should play its role in the building of the spirit of friendship and unity among ethnic groups which depend on each other and share the same destiny in joys and sorrows,surviving and declination,glory and shame.
