Study On The Development Of Yunnan Ethnic Traditional Township Regulations Civil Agreement Archives Documents From The Perspective Of Civilization Governance

The ethnic minorities in Yunnan have historically produced rich archives of township regulations and folk agreements.These township regulations and folk agreement archives are the original records of a series of behavior norms produced by the ethnic minorities in Yunnan in the activities of maintaining regional life order.These archives are developed and utilized.It is of great practical significance to develop the wisdom of civilized governance in ethnic regions and build a harmonious and beautiful Yunnan.The thesis is divided into seven chapters to explain: An overview of Yunnan ethnic minority traditional village regulations and folk regulations archives,an analysis of the value of civilization governance of Yunnan ethnic minority traditional village regulations and folk regulations archives,and the significance and support of the development of Yunnan ethnic minority traditional village regulations and folk regulations archives documents.Theories,the practice and lagging issues of the document development of Yunnan ethnic minority traditional township regulations and the lagging issues,the principles and models of document development of Yunnan ethnic minority traditional village regulations and folk regulations based on civilized governance,and the Yunnan ethnic minority traditional village regulations and folk regulations archives oriented to civilized governance Document development strategies and thoughts,and the enlightenment of Yunnan minority traditional village regulations and folk regulations archives on the construction of contemporary village regulations and folk regulations.This paper uses the methods of field investigation,literature research and case study to sort out the archives and documents of traditional rural regulations and folk contracts of Yunnan ethnic minorities.Through the method of field investigation,this paper analyzes the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities in Yunnan.The research of the rural regulations and civil contract mainly focuses on the contents,forms of expression,carriers of communication,spatial distribution and so on.Through literature research,this paper sorts out the historical development of rural regulations and folk contracts,and provides insights into the existing research results,so as to provide ideas for reference for this study.Rural regulations and folk contract emphasize the rule of morality and autonomy.From the current research results of rural regulations and folk contract,it mainly focuses on the study of the governance of rural civilization.Through the method of literature research,this paper explores the value of Yunnan ethnic minority traditional village rules and folk contract documents.Ethnic minorities in Yunnan live scattered,and there are abundant village rules and folk contract archives and documents resources scattered in ethnic minority villages.Through the case analysis can deepen the understanding of the problem,can make the research in-depth.The folk regulations and contract files of Yunnan ethnic minorities are widely distributed.This paper selects some typical folk regulations and contract files of Yunnan ethnic minorities for specific analysis,from which it explores the development problems of folk regulations and contract files of Yunnan ethnic minorities from the perspective of civilized governance.Based on the perspective of the development of folk historical documents,the thesis found that through the investigation of Yunnan ethnic minority’s traditional township regulations and folk regulations archives documents,the main problems still need to be solved: Conducive to its centralized development and utilization;the digitization rate of Yunnan minority township regulations and folk convention archives is relatively low,and the digitization rate of archives is an important indicator of the level of its development and utilization.At present,the digitization rate of the documentary heritage of Yunnan ethnic minority township rules and regulations is low,which is not conducive to the development and utilization;the development method of Yunnan minority township regulations and folk regulations documentary heritage is single,restricting its development and utilization.It is necessary to enrich its development methods and broaden its utilization channels.The development of the documentary heritage of Yunnan ethnic minority township regulations and convention files lacks local characteristics.Fundamentally speaking,ethnic culture is contained in the archives and documents of ethnic minority township regulations and conventions,and the cultures of ethnic minorities show different characteristics.Different ethnic groups have different characteristics in terms of language,clothing,and folk customs.The culture of ethnic minorities depends on the archives of ethnic minority township rules and regulations.The ethnic minority township regulations and folk regulations come from the ethnic culture and must also go into the minority culture.Therefore,the development of ethnic minority township regulations and files should highlight local characteristics.Based on the actual development of folk historical documents and based on the existing development practice,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:First,attach importance to and strengthen the construction of rural regulations and folk contract archive document heritage resources,and obtain the rural regulations and folk contract archive document heritage information by receiving,copying,copying,recording,photographing and other ways.Through the standardization,systematization,scientific arrangement to consolidate the village rules and civil contract archives document heritage resources construction;The second is to construct the multi-dimensional development system of the rural regulations and civil contract archives and literature heritage.Implement development through multi-dimensional development of existing achievements,new media and rural stage;The third is to use digital humanities to promote the development of rural
