Through literature review and theoretical analysis,this paper understands the essence of music improvisation from the perspective of cognitive psychology,and proposes a theoretical conception of perceptual situational experience in the ability training process model.The first is to reveal the essence of perceptual reconstruction by reviewing the development of musical improvisation,and believes that the "imitation,simulation,imitation,reproduction" of the origin of Chinese and Western music has a cognitivist color.As Chinese and Western cultures were also influenced by
