The research on the interaction and hegemony between Jin and other regimes in the Spring and Autumn Period aims to analyze the interaction between Jin and other regimes in the process of prepare for hegemony, shows the characteristics of the society in the Spring and Autumn period, reflects the ambition of Jin and also reflect the determination of Chu,Qin,Qi and other big countries to rule,as well as the will of the Zhou royal family,Lu,Zheng,Song and other regimes to survive. The research on the interaction and hegemony between Jin and other regimes involves many aspects, such as which regimes Jin interacted with in what way,why it formed such interaction, what characteristics it embodied, and what impact it had on Jin hegemony, other regimes and the Spring and Autumn society.Solving these problems will help us to understand the society in the Spring and Autumn period from another perspective. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is introduction.Explain the reason for choosing the topic, the results of the previous research, the writing purpose and framework of this paper. The second part analyzes the social situation in the Western Zhou Dynasty, the interaction between Jin and other regimes, and the social situation in the Spring and Autumn period.Among them, the interaction between Jin and other regimes in the Western Zhou Dynasty focuses on the establishment of the feudal system of the emperor of the Western Zhou Dynasty, the development of Jin to support Zhou royal family, the interaction between Jin and other regimes and the social background of this interaction. The social situation of interaction between Jin Dynasty and other regimes in the early Spring and Autumn Period can be discussed from three aspects: Zhou Tianzi’s poor strength led to the formation of a political vacuum that could not command the princes, the internal migration of Rong Di and the northward movement of Chu state.Coupled with the incentives of economic interests,it jointly contributed to the rise of Jin State and launched various forms of interaction with other regimes. The third part mainly sorts out the phenomena of interaction between Jin and other regimes. The interactive phenomena between Jin and Zhou royal family,Qi,Lu,Chu,Qin,Wu,Rong Di were investigated in an interactive way,and the interactive content between Jin and Zheng,Song,Wei and other political powers was integrated into the indirect interaction between Jin and Chu,Qi and so on.Under each content,it is classified according to different standards and outlines the interaction between Jin and other regimes. The fourth part focuses on the reasons for the interaction between Jin and other regimes. That is,why did Jin interact with other regimes, what internal needs did other regimes interact with Jin based on,and what were the root causes of their contradictory interactions. This part is divided into seven sections to explore the interactive reasons between the Jin and Zhou royal families,Qi,Lu,Chu,Qin,Wu and Rong Di.On the whole, the reasons for the interaction between Jin and each regime are considered from three aspects: the need for Jin to compete for hegemony, the need for other regimes to attach themselves to Jin,and the conflict of interests between the two sides.By analyzing the specific reasons of the interaction between Jin and other regimes, this paper explains the contradictory interaction between Jin and other regimes, which is both cooperative and antagonistic.Specifically, the interaction between Jin and other regimes was first based on Jin’s domestic demand. For example,Jin’s hegemony was inseparable from the public opinion cover of “respecting the king”and the military support of Qi,Lu,Wu,Rong Di and other regimes.Secondly,it originated from the attempt of other regimes to attach themselves to the Jin Dynasty. For example, the survival needs of the Zhou royal family, the Qi Dynasty and the Lu Dynasty could not be without the protection of the Jin Dynasty. The stable development of Wu and Rong Di also needed peaceful exchanges with the Jin Dynasty.Thirdly, there are irreconcilable conflicts of interest in the development of Jin and other regimes. This conflict of interests makes it impossible for the two sides to cooperate in the same way,and there will be no external disputes. For example,Jin’s hegemonic interests blocked Zhou Tianzi from enjoying the tribute, and Jin’s hegemony would inevitably block Qin’s eastward advance and Chu’s northward advance. The fifth part focuses on the characteristics of the interaction between the Jin and Zhou dynasties,Qi,Lu,Qin,Rong Di.In the first section,Jin not only protected the Central Plains regime but also prevented the expansion of the Central Plains regime.Such as Jin helps Zhou royal family to fight for peace and poses a threat to the Zhou royal family;Jin not only urgently accepted Qi,Lu and the alliance, but also restrained the expansion of Qi and Lu.In the second section, the emperor of Zhou was respected by the Jin Dynasty and despised by the Jin Dynasty; While strengthening the alliance with Qi,Ju,Qi and other regimes,Jin did not hesitate to sacrifice the interests of Lu.From two aspects,Jin not only courted the Central Plains regime but also did not hesitate to sacrifice the interests of the Central Plains regime. The third section aims at discussing the opposing and uniting between Jin and other regimes.Such as Jin and Qin,Jin and Chu,Jin and Rong Di,Jin and Wu.The fourth section focuses on the coexistence of observance and violation of etiquette in the interaction between Jin and other regimes. The fifth section discusses the various ways of interaction between Jin and other regimes from three aspects: the combination of various ways of interaction, the concession of“harmony” to “war”,and the breakthrough of “Yi Xia” defense. The sixth section starts from the fact that the Zhou royal family supported Jin’s hegemonic rule while creating a crisis for Jin;Although Qi was attached to Jin,it was second to Jin;Lu not only actively attached to Jin,but also attached to Qi and Chu;Zheng,Song,Chen,Xu,Wu,Rong Di,etc.elaborated that other regimes not only depended on Jin to fight against foreigners, but also second to Jin.The sixth part mainly expounds the influence of the interaction between Jin and other regimes on the struggle for hegemony in society. It is divided into seven sections to elaborate the influence on Jin,other regimes and the Spring and Autumn society. The first section and the second section elaborate the influence on Jin from two aspects:the benefits of Jin’s hegemony and the stability of the hegemonic order. The third section focuses on the influence of other regimes. This section focuses on the exertion of the residual heat effect of the Zhou royal family, the survival and rise of other regimes. The fourth to seventh sections elaborate the influence on the traditional social system, culture, economy and ethnic integration in the Spring and Autumn period. In short, the sixth part systematically discusses the influence of the interaction between Jin and other regimes on Jin,other regimes and all aspects of the Spring and Autumn society in the order of this, that and that.
